The front desk staff member named Miles on Sunday morning was very rude and obnoxious. He knocked on my door at 10:50am saying it was checkout time and.I had to leave if I was checking out. I was on the phone so I didn’t answer right away and he kept on knocking saying it's the front desk and it's checkout time. I had to cut my conversation short on the phone and answered the door. I told him it was 10 minutes until checkout and I had asked the front desk staff when I checked in for a late check out. He said it was not noted on my room #. I told him I would try to leave by 11:30am. He came knocking on my door again right at 11:30am. I was just getting out of the shower so I was not able to answer door right away. He again kept knocking on door nonstop saying frontbdesk. It's checkout time. He was so obnoxious. I got his manager's name and will be contacting him to let him know how obnoxious and rude he was. And the room was nothing special at all. It was fairly clean, but bed was not comfortable and they had almost no towels nor any shampoo for bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Stay away!!!

1. elevator didnt work, had to use stairs to the 3rd floor. 2. no lights in the room worked, had only bathroom lights. 3. no black out blinds on parking lot side, room was super bright at night. 3 sheets were damp, made sleeping very uncomfortable.DEFINATELY NOT WORTH $200

These extended stay hotels house riff raff. The people that work and stay there have no manners or coutesy to others. We heard for a week straight in the room directly above us constant moving of furniture, banging on floor like jumping or dancing as when we went up to check there was loud rap music coming from the room. They even opened their window yelling out and invited friends as somone knocked on our doir and realized it was the room above. We never got any clean towels, linens. Had to go to desk just to get toilet paper. The linens would fall off the bed showing a stained plastic bed cover. I booked a 10 day stay and was charged that. When I was checking out in my car out front, some guy who I never saw before approached me saying I only paid for 7 days and wanted me to come inside to settle up. I said thats not possible, I booked 10 days and paid it no one pays less for the days they booked. He kept insisting I come in. I got scared as I thought this was a scam and being a senior citizen, I just left after he threatened me. I also complained about the noise in the room preventing us from sleeping and he said that was my problem. This person could not have worked there who says these kinds of things. For all I know he was going to carjack me. There is no security, front desk vloses at 11pm and front doors are left unlocked. This is the second Woodspring Suites we stayed, the other was a little better, but the noise from others, unacceptable.

I just like how peaceful it is there I felt comfortable every day I woke up the bed was nice and soft the bathroom was a perfect size and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk employee was pleasant when checking in. The complimentary WIFI did not work. The lobby smelled nice but the rooms had a weird odor. Two of our four bathroom towels were dirty- one had lipstick and one had pubic hairs on them. Rooms were clean, beds were awful and blankets had burn holes in them. Fridge was clean and kitchen area was clean. AC worked well and the hotel was close to our event center and many places to eat and shop locally. The parking lot should be cleaned daily. Seemed there were prostitutes on property but cannot confirm that. Overall for the money spent it was an ok stay as we needed to save on funds. Only stayed two nights, would consider staying again.

The price was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was not as expected for an extended stay hotel. There were signs of mold in the bathroom roof. There were roaches found in the room. It had no napkins, utensils etc.
