I normally have a good stay, but this time I was disappointed. The toilet it wobbled, the bed sheets had stains on them and when I pulled the cover back it was a piece of a condom wrapper, the floors was dirty to where my socks turned black and I threw them away, one of the wash cloths has a black stain on it and the bathroom door handle was loose.

Check in was at 3:00. We waited for 2 hours for our room to be ready. They said they were short staffed. We finally got in at 5:00 and the room was filthy. Hair in tub and sink. Toothpaste splattered all over sink and mirror. Crumbs on the floor

We arrived at the hotel after a 7 hour drive to check in before a concert. We were told they didn't have the reservation and were full, couldn't offer us a room, even though I had multiple confirmations of the reservation. I was immediately told to call the booking agent. The booking agent said the hotel made the mistake. Regardless, my 2 daughters and I had no place to stay, i missed part of the concert with them trying to fix the problem. Ultimately, i had to fix the problem on my own. The kid working at the front desk was extremely polite and made any suggestions he could. He was the only thing close to a positive about the entire experience.

Pretty worn down and dirty. Service was friendly but t.v. didnt work and only one outlet in the entire room worked. Outlets missing covers, alarm clock not working, hair dryer missing, no coffe pot or utensils in the full kitchen. Lights near bed not working. Our whole floor smelled like weed.

The room hasn’t been updated ever I mean everything was old and the whole room just looked like something from a horror show. The bathroom light was so dim I thought it was just a nightlight. I guess they do that so you can’t see how gross the bathroom really is. The floor is sticky tiles so I was standing In the bathroom looking at the sticky tile floor and noticed water. Everytime I take a step my foot was pushing water out of the cracks in the tile. It was so bad after a 5 hour drive there at 10 pm we started searching for a new hotel but nothing available for under 300. So we went to Walmart and bought new blankets and pillows. The breakfast the say they have is prepacked muffins and nutrigrain bars. Hanging out around the door was a few people that looked homeless, staff never said anything to them. Do not stay here

For the price, I would have expected few amenities, but at least a clean and functional room. What we got was few amenities, and a dirty and mostly functional room.
The good: It’s cheap. The HVAC worked. The TV worked (once we figured out to hold the batteries in the remote). The hot water worked. The elliptical trainer in the exercise room worked. There were no bugs in the bed. Staff we dealt with were generally polite and helpful. And it was near where we needed to be.
The bad: The carpet was so filthy my wife refused to walk on it barefoot. The microwave had dark clumps of old food in the corners. One bedside lamp looked like someone had fallen on it. Another lamp was burned out. The light in the toilet/shower area was incredibly dim. The kitchen counters were greasy. The insides of the lamps and the bases of the lamp sconces looked like they hadn’t been dusted since they were installed. There were no privacy curtains in our first-floor room, so our only choices were blackout or exhibitionism. The exercise room had no wipes (we ended up buying some for that and for the room). There were no hand towels provided.

Good price. Nice staff. Twice I had to wait awhile for the front desk person to return. They were out of coffee several times.

The rooms were very dirty. Even after requesting a 2nd room, the bathtub had not been cleaned, there was grime on the counter tops and remote control.I had to go to the front desk to get cleaning supplies for the bathtub so my family and I could take a shower.

Room wasn’t as clean as we would like it. Beds smelled. Inconsistent - we rented 2 rooms one bed had one pillow the other bed had 3 pillows.

I would avoid this property unless you do not have another choice. The only Pros are that is in a good location, it is pet friendly and is affordable. We stayed here for a few days when we lost power and maybe since the property was overbooked that made it worse than normal?
The rooms were outdated, and staff was rude. Upon checking in our room was lacking the basic amenities: only 1 pillow between 2 beds, and missing blankets, no toilet paper, and no shower curtain or towels at all. No soaps or shampoos were provided either.
When we asked the front desk for toilet paper we were only given 1 roll and told to ask again the next day (we had booked this place for 5 days).

Toilet was broken and ran all night. Had to wait to flush. Took forever to fill . Bed was hard and the people upstairs rain all night. My husband was up all night.
