Rooms smell horrible, was lied to over the phone about there being a pool in the hotel. When asked about the pool, was told there was no pool because it takes away from the attraction of the casino.

So, First off The hotel and the people in the hotel were super delightful, helpful, and friendly. The casino and the restaurant are a different stories. Unfortunately is not permitted to drink alcohol on the gaming floor in New Mexico. With that said, they directed me to the bar and the restaurant. After ordering food. The bartender was very delightful but they were out of desserts. Unfortunately that's what I. So after having a meal that was good went upstairs to my room. Then came back down and was going to go on the gaming floor . Unfortunately I was stopped before getting on the floor by the doorman. I guess they are and told just step aside. He was going to have somebody come down and check and see if I was alcoholically impaired. Because I have a limp on the left side of my body. Makes me walk funny. I'm not one to argue or try to debate the minute. The gentleman pulled me aside and told me he was going to have somebody come down and check if I was impaired. I felt very violated and I was not going to let them embarrass me in front of my friend like that. So with that said I told him that I was a guest to the hotel and I will go back up to my room and just stay there. Which makes this whole adventure. Very disappointing cuz it was my friend's first time at a casino which we were never able to get into. After directed to go to the bar and drink. I will not visit this casino ever again. I drove from Houston, Texas to New Mexico to go to this Casino.

Water in shower will not turn off. It was late so we just closed the door so we could not hear it. Told front desk at check out.

The carpet was very dirty. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The conditioner unit was extremely loud.

They lied to me about having A pool.. I reserve my room too much before my arrival date and ask them if they had a pool and they said yes... when I got to the property they told me they did not have a pool...

Hotel and Casino were Hot !!!! Everyone was melting couldn’t sleep because of the room being hot. Curtains are dirty and no shampoo or conditioner in the shower ! Horrible will never stay again

It was ok was there at 3pm and was told would be charge a fee for early check in . To wait 30 mins and room would be ready . Hotel lobby hallways were really hot room was ok temperature after ac was on for a bit. No extra tp for room.

I checked in and got my room keys. Went to the room, keys didn’t work. Went to front desk. They did their thing and sent me back. I went back and still it didn’t work. So now they came with me and still ain’t work. They finally decided to give me another room.

We requested late checkout yet had someone open our room without knocking at around 10am. Again at around 11, someone knocked and almost opened the door but my husband beat them to it. Also, the restroom was full hair along the edges.

My stay at Zia Park was pleasant, as always. The woman check-in was informative, kind, and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable the water pressure was awesome in the shower and the continental breakfast was great. Lots of options. I would definitely recommend this place
