This property is dated and would benefit from upgrades. It is in an excellent location and we were able to get around to everything easily.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I love the location as it is centrally located in the heart of Zacatecas. If it only had an ac i would've rated it 5 stars. It does get fresh at night/in the evenings but you have to have your window open. Which you can then hear all the outside noise. I know this is out of the employees hands but if the hotel would add ac to all rooms it would just make it better than what it already is! We did have an incident in which the restaurant was trying to charge me for my daughter's buffet which I had already paid for with my reservation through expedia. I had explained to the server that I had paid for the buffet through my Expedia reservation. I wasnt charged for it, at that moment. Once I checked out they had that charge on my room. The lady at the front desk was able to fix that error for me, that was much appreciated. Overall, great hotel in the heart of Zacatecas.

Beautiful hotel! Breakfast was delicious and it is steps from the cathedral.

So beautiful! Used laundry service and it was amazing. The staff is courteous and very pleasant. Room was cleaned and well maintained. I appreciated them letting us know about air conditioning before our trip.

Fantastic place. Only a mi inconvenient : they assigned the same room to two customers. Odd, but they fixed it quickly.

It is a great place in a hiatoric neighborhood. My only suggestion is to improve the AC in the rooms. It was a bit too hot

They have spacious rooms, when you check in they must explain that they don’t have AC, this is unacceptable.
