Hotel staff were friendly and Hotel was quiet and clean. I enjoy staying at this Hotel when I'm in Farmington, NM for business. I have been staying at this Hotel since February 2024. This should tell you something about Hotel.

We will never stay at this hotel again. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a very nice hotel. From the time we checked in until we left the whole experience was a joke. The overall appearance of the hotel was rundown. Upon getting to the elevator (myself, my husband and our daughter) went in with our luggage of one suitcase each and when we got between the 2nd and 3rd floors the elevator stopped. It was stuck. My husband tried calling the front desk and no one answered. We used the emergency phone in the elevator and it just rang for 5 min. Finally someone answered the emergency phone and brought the elevator back down. She told us it was having issues and only one person could go up at a time. My husband tried and it wouldn’t go up. So at 11pm we started hauling suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. The room had been poorly maintained, there were holes in the bathroom door that had a similar piece of wood slapped over the top. There was trash under the beds and mold in the shower. Thankfully the beds we wonderfully comfortable, the only positive part of the whole experience.

This Hotel is very nice, clean and has friendly employees. I have been here in Farmington, NM since February 2024 and I recommend this hotel for your stay. I will be here in Farmington, NM for another couple of months and this is where I'm going to stay.

It was fine. Clean and comfortable. TV was in a slightly weird spot(bolted to wall above a coffee maker or similar sized object I don't remember specifically. It didn't really make it any better or worse for viewing, I just remember thinking placement was one I'd not seen before.

As we checked in the Front Desk worker Noreen was really rude as another guest on the phone. Then she addresses me by "what do you need" very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

You need regular pillows. Those small squares don’t work for most people. Also more pillow cases to clean.

Parts of the walls were peeling, it was musty, dingy, and humid. The tub felt like it was going to fall out from under you while showering. The security lock was falling off of the door with exposed screws. There were people obviously smoking there with no intervention. Walls were WAY TOO thin, the ac didnt work. Service was nice though. Would absolutely not return.
