The staff were very friendly and polite, especially the receptionist and the bus driver. I appreciated the free drinks, including coffee and orange juice. The room was spacious and clean, and I had no issues during my stay. However, the Wi-Fi was a major disappointment. I booked the hotel because it advertised high-speed internet, but it didn’t work at all, forcing me to buy an eSIM card. Additionally, I tried to arrange the shuttle service by messaging the hotel in advance, but they never responded. Since I couldn’t make calls in the U.S., I ended up having to take a taxi.

It was a very nice stay. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We only stayed there one night because we had to catch a plane out of DFW airport early in the morning. No issues at all. And, The Parking Spot (Premium) was literally next-door so it was very convenient to park at The Parking Spot and take a shuttle to the airport.

If you are looking for a cheap place to get a night's rest, then this will probably do. The rooms are old and in need of repair. Some booking sites say something about breakfast but there is none. I went down for some coffee at 8:00 am and the woman said it would be ready in a second and went on mopping the floor. she was very upset that I asked for a cup so I could get some juice..

The photos advertising the accommodations look very nice. The holes in the carpet, torn off wall hooks in the bathroom, rattling A/C unit however were left out of the advertisement. This place offers shelter out of the cold and rain. I'd suggest spending a bit more money to get accommodations that match their advertisements. This one didn't do the trick.

The accommodations were run down. There were holes in the carpet. The furniture was warn down from years of use, abuse and neglect. The bathroom was missing the hooks on the door. The paint was chipped and chipping. The photos online showed a nice place. Unfortunately, the reality was a very different and disappointing picture.

First room we got smelled like cat urine so bad it burned your eyes. We were able to change rooms but the second room the AC unit leaked and the floor was wet.

This hotel isn’t horrible…but it isn’t good. Perhaps a “fair” rating would be adequate? I booked this hotel without looking at reviews, which, like many others have said, was a mistake. My arrival to DFW was at 11:45 am, and it took 50 minutes for the shuttle to come. The waiting area at DFW was a bit sketchy, hot and humid, and smelled of exhaust, so these 50 minutes were hell. Finally, the shuttle came, which is basically an old, beat up van that services 6-8 hotels, driven by drivers who go a bit too fast (no seatbelts, either!). The hotel was okay. I looked for bugs when I got there and didn’t see any. More importantly, I looked for bed bugs (which I was freaking out about, since other reviews had mentioned this). There were no bed bugs, just as there was no hot water in the shower (the bathroom sink, interestingly, did have hot water). Bed was comfy. Furniture was old and stained. I set my luggage on the desk so it wouldn’t have to come into contact with the stained fabric of the furniture. Would I stay here again? As a solo male traveler looking for a few hours of sleep: yes. Traveling with my wife: no. Traveling with family: absolute NO! I wouldn’t trust anyone to be on the carpet, and even I wished I had sandals. Good luck in your travels…but do like others have said and shell out a bit more money for something better.

The room has roaches and was rundown. There were stains on lamps. The bathroom was falling apart, with cracks in the walls. We were in room 212. Phone didn't have buttons to call the front desk. We needed a place to stay because of a long layover and having three children and it being later in the evening I no longer wanted to travel outside in unfamiliar territory.

Once I arrived at the airport I called the hotel no less than 4 times just to have the front desk hung up on me just by chance the shuttle van showed up and I made it to the hotel, I asked the front desk why they didn’t answer they single person working the front desk said that he was too busy to answer. Once in the room I discovered a water leak from the ceiling of bathroom from the upstairs bathroom water was leaking into the tub and I was too tired to switch rooms so I just spent the night and made a note never to stay there again

They do NOT have breakfast as advertised. The area was safe and the staff was friendly and helpful. Twice we tried calling multiple times over a 30 minute period without getting a hold of anyone, which was difficult since we were trying to use their shuttle from the airport. Also the air conditioner and hot water in our room worked intermittently. Overall, we were fine, and the beds were comfortable, but it was not what we had come to expect from Super 8s.

Horrible! Entrance was not obvious. Many random ppl hanging in lobby and parking lot. No complimentary anything but the equipment was there. NO GYM, although it was advertised. Incompetent and rude Front Desk staff. Big liars!
