I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Rooms were so clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff kept it stocked and clean. Something for everyone . Great location. Free lemon water station. Loved staying here!

Our room (204) was comfortable and clean minus the faucet handle on the bathroom sink had not been properly cleaned but easy enough fix with our travel wipes. The room condition was average in the bathroom was slightly below, average outdated tub and shower with cracks and wear and tear. Still a good stop for an overnight/passing through visit.

During the final week of my extended stay, I encountered a concerning situation with billing procedures. Despite having an authorized pending payment scheduled for checkout, staff incorrectly claimed there was an outstanding balance. The hotel then attempted to process an additional charge while the original pending payment was still active.
When presented with evidence of the pending transaction, staff continued to dispute the matter rather than investigating the situation. This required me to contact my banking institution for resolution. The bank confirmed the proper procedure: the hotel needed to cancel the pending charge before processing any new payment. The bank provided this instruction directly to the hotel.
This situation could have been entirely avoided by:
Allowing the scheduled payment to process as planned
Verifying pending transactions before attempting additional charges
Following standard banking procedures for payment processing
Recommendations for improvement:
Staff training on payment verification procedures
Clear protocols for handling pending transactions
Better response to documented payment evidence.

My stay at this hotel from August 31 to September 2, 2023, was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The problems started with severe sewer and drain issues in the first room. The bathroom smelled horrible, and it was impossible to breathe comfortably. To make matters worse, the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being in a non-smoking hotel.
I was moved to a second room, then a third, and yet every room had the same terrible issues – disgusting smells from the drains and smoke everywhere. This hotel clearly has serious maintenance and cleanliness problems.
When I approached the manager, Ms. Mitchele Taber, she admitted that they couldn’t provide me with a decent room and advised me to cancel my second night. She promised a full refund and said she would contact Hotels.com to process it. That NEVER happened. Instead, I was charged for both nights and hit with additional deposit fees totaling $150.
I’ve reached out to the hotel and Ms. Taber multiple times, but they have completely ignored my emails. Even Hotels.com confirmed that they’ve received no communication from the hotel about my refund.
This place is a complete disaster. The rooms are uninhabitable, the management is unresponsive, and the customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the frustration and STAY AWAY from this hotel! If you encounter any problems, don’t expect them to fix it or even acknowledge you.

Dog barking in the hallway at 3am for over 30 minutes. No food on buffet at 8am. NO COFFEE. Found black mold on ceiling of bathroom. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at properties owned by Neeman Properties and managed by Ark Hospitality.

Staff charged my credit card multiple times. Stating I have to put deposits down. Which is wrong, because I booked online and full amount was paid for. Mistakes cause by rookie employee or some sort. Employee kept telling me my card was declined but on screen, I can see it said approved. It took days to clear pending charges. We booked two rooms for 2 nights and we were locked out after the first night. Our keys wouldn’t work anymore. I have to go waited for the keys to be program again for the second night. Stay away from the breakfast, unless you like burnt and crispy sausages.

Called and canceled my reservation. The lady was rude when she answered, but she told me she canceled it. Come to find out she didn’t and I still got charged.

The room was very clean, the hotel staff had good customer service. Very welcoming at the reception with an ice/ lemon cold water clean jar available on a hot summer day. They also had cookies at the reception. The breakfast was reasonable.
