The check in process was smooth, the staff was very helpful. I felt like it was a warm welcome and knew I could ask for what I needed, as needed. The only thing was a little bit of cleanliness that was off. The microwave had splatters from a previous guest, and there was a heavy odor of Indian food. It didn't affect me much, but I was worried about it tainting the food I brought. I just made do. It wasn't a big deal. I was pleased to have a full fridge and stove. I wish I had paid better attention while booking because I would have brought other food and prepared more in the room. I have food allergies and travel with ice packs, and food, so it suited my needs really well to have those amenities. The bed was super comfy, and I felt like I had privacy.

Rooms have fun and colorful decor. The location is convenient with great restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to downtown because the light rail runs right in front of the property, and the tickets were given to us for free. Super helpful and engaging front desk staff. We enjoyed our stay very much!
