By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I am not sure why they are allowed to rent out a room in the condition this one was. I should have left immediately when entering but it was late and had an early meeting. Also, the roach... watching TV!..well, walking all over it! The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom was in such bad condition, the sink countertop was detached, the shower area had the ceiling falling and missing part of the sheetrock, like they had a leak above and never fixed it. The shower curtain was barely hanging on.. seems like there was an attempt at securing it because there were like 10 screw holes all around it. There was blood on the side of the sink, a giant snot on the wall (about 1.5" long) and green. $125 for a night. The people at the front desk are nice. The waffles smelled good but did not try. The coffee was not good at all, it is the concentrate type watered down. We did not stay for the breakfast. I wish i would have read the reviews. Seems like the same thing with the complaints and the same answers by the owner but it doesnt seem like they are doing anything to address the problems. CLEAN AND FIX THE ROOMS! THEY SMELL!

I stayed at the hotel 2 nights with a broken toilet Me and my husband had to go to the lobby to go and I called several times plus the breakfast was a joke just cereal and toast they had a juice machine and waffle maker but said out of order they should have told us there was no hot breakfast I wil never stay at this location again They did nothing for us when i complained about the toilet I should have been compensated at least one nights stay And I called corporate and still haven’t heard from them this is terrible someone should have called me

I got a long non-smoking jacuzzi room, there were cigarette burns on the jacuzzi, the bed, I'm pretty sure the sheets were not changed, there was hair all over the entire room, the mattress was probably salvaged off the side of the road. Just disgusting!!!!! Do not waste your money

Very basic yet cheap and affordable stay. Refreshed inside, older outside. No pool, limited amenities. Basic breakfast.

This motel (not close to be a hotel) is horrible. Smells so bad, dirty as hell, looks like no one cleaned it for yearssssss. Breakfast was gross, no options whatsoever, the guy in charge of the “kitchen” looked like a contractor, used the same gloves for doing everything including taking the bread from the bag and put it in the trays. No sanitizing, no cleaning!! Towels and bed sheets were with stains and hair. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!

Stains on bedding, curtains, bathroom counter, etc. We couldn't stay the second day of our 2 night booking because the toilet malfunctioned on the first night flooding the bathroom floor completely. Informing the establishment yielded an accusatory response which only came after the lower floor occupants complained that water was seeping from their ceiling. Maintenance never came the following morning and knowing we would not be able to use the bathroom, we booked another hotel. Things happen, but how an establishment handles the situation and responds to the customer matter. They failed on both ends. Avoid Super 8, if you can.

But starting with the lobby near the check in desk, the floor was "sticky".... filthy. The floors in the room were also sticky. I took a shower and put on clean socks to walk around in before bed and they were black with filth within a shor time. The "free" coffee tasted like mud.... obviously leftover from the morning. God only knows if that container is ever cleaned. We refused to eat the "free" breakfast opting for Dunkin Donuts instead. The people were nice enough, cordial. But they are dirty. Never again.

Housekeeping only cleaned the room once after I requested daily housekeeping. Windows throughout the business were dirty as well as the many enter/exit points. That being said, entry was controlled and monitored so from a safety point it was good. Better housekeeping and modern updates would improve the experience.

Their morning breakfast wash limited, they did not have any napkins or choice selection of food, also the ran out of lids for coffee and the did not replace them. The hotel door windows were not clean. Overall the service was not very accommodating. I want to say that the Maid service we had was great, they were very helpful, courteous and respectful.

Absolutely disgusting washroom. There was mould around the sink and shower. Washroom was full of urine smell. Terrible experience
