The Spa treatment was really good and the staff were very polite and welcoming.
Food in the restaurant was fantastic and drinks selection was great. Albeit a little pricy.
Shower in the room was awful. I ended up using a glass and the tap to rinse my hair because it was so slow. Awful shower curtains that stick to you because there isn’t a lot of space.
Bed was ok comfort wise. Fine for one night.

We had noisy people above us on our first night, manager moved us to a better room for the rest of our visit at no extra cost and all was good from them on. Food and service was good. Would stay there again.

Room spacious with good quality fittings excellent good quality large tv comfortable bed,restaurant good food and service,kitchen ignored dietary request but polite waitress sorted matter out in minutes,very impressed,

Avoid room 319, continual noise of machinery from 3pm to next morning,worse 11pm to 1 am and 5.30am to 6.30am. Managed 2 to 3 hrs sleep only.

Rooms were lovely, staff were lovely. Evening meal was delicious and the bar was great.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the noise from the extraction fans on the top of the building which is constantly running - I’m guessing it’s because we stayed facing the canal side and it’s directly above on the roof, it wasn’t loud but just in the background which isn’t the hotels fault as they need it running. Didn’t use the pool or spa area but other half said it was great 👍 thank you for a good stay.

The reason for choosing a Spa hotel is to have relaxing time to unwind. When we went to use the facilities we could not relax as the no. of children that were in the pool was ridiculous they were screaming, shouting and jumping in the pool. After 10min Myself and my wife got out and thought we would ask at reception when the quieter times are as the amount of children in there. We were told there is no quiet times as in was a bank holiday weekend. I believe this should be accounted for and have an adult only hour in the morning and afternoon.
Myself and my wife like a cocktial but we only ordered one as the taste was awful the expresso Martini was sweet and watery there was little coffee flavour. The bar tender brought this to the table save me waiting at the bar which is normal when making cocktails, little did I know your bar tenders do not make the cocktails they are out of a bottle, but you are charging the same prices as one that would be properly made.
The room we had 315 we could not close the window as no aircon in room and the weather was warm, but the music and the bar was load on the Sat Night until around 1.30 - 2am.
The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

It is not a cheap hotel and just did not live up to the price. Reception was not at all welcoming, very basic process the customer as they arrive.
