You get what you pay for. The sheets were old and dingy. I just hope they’d been cleaned. The tub was filthy and the door jams were disgusting. I don’t think they’ve ever been wiped, they were black. They only good thing was the staff, both the night clerk and day staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help.

The room was bad. Wallpaper falling of walls, stapled around AC. AC switch broken bathroom ceiling tiles nasty, mold on walls. Usually at Days Inn - but this one I would not recommend. Breakfast was bad too. Take a look at Paris Texas and Joplin Mo properties compare those to this one.

Great location right off highway but did not see signage to find it till turn around. Many stores and shopping and eating nearby. Bed great and shower good but room in need of renovation as wallpaper and plaster bubbled and carpet fifthly. Appeared to have new air conditioner but had not been caulked so could see cracks to outside-hope no bugs came in! Enjoyed free breakfast especially the premade wrapped omelets.

Wallpaper had ripples in it, and a couple places looked like it had been cut with a knife. There were gaps around the heat/air conditioning unit, where I could see light from outside. There was too much outside light to sleep comfortably, pillows were too thick, beds were too high off the floor. For the price paid, I believe they can do better than this.

Run-of-the-mill cheap hotel stay but for the money it was worth the price compared to double or more for a nicer place. If the bed is decent, free of pests and room and hotel are clean and well kept, all one really needs is a place to take care of personal needs, shower and sleep, why pay for amenities a person traveling doesn't really need.

The whole building smelled bad, and it was very dated. We had a suite, The pull out couch was very broken most of the springs were missing, the bedding was clean enough, but the comforter had multiple burns through. The walls inside the room had something smeared on them that looked gross. If we did not get in at midnight and I could not get reimbursed I would have left would definitely not suggest staying here

A really unpleasant odor will welcome you at the lobby when you check in. So please don’t blame me that I did not warn you. If I can only cancel my booking without penalty I would no matter how cheap the price is.

I felt it was inconvenient to have to climb a steep set of stairs to second floor. If I'd had a clue while registering online with Expedia that there was no elevator I would have tried to get a ground floor room. It's difficult to at 70 to carry heavy bags up stairs. Maybe need a handicap room in near future

Prices are fair. But the doors to outside hotel are broken locks. Open at all times. Didn’t feel safe. If I was alone I would t stay at this hotel. Also the room was kind of clean but very old in style and carpet. Sinks wasn’t clean. Chair had marks. Refrigerator didn’t work and I had things that needed to be cold. The toilet was not a good experience at all. It definitely needs a new toilet seat. Carpet also is very old. And kind of smelly. It was a non smoking room.

It was not what we were expecting, was very dirty with some kind of liquid on the walls and the paint peeling, just felt like a very unclean, run down place that really shouldn’t even be charging for that quality. Will not be staying again.

Loved how our last minute stay turned out and thanks to the lady at the front desk, I wish I remembered her name, she was outstanding in giving us the best room since our initial room had an issue with the ac. Super budget friendly and bonus is you don't have to check out early morning on an empty stomach as they do offer pretty appetizing breakfast 😋

I stayed in the 2nd building instead of the main building. The room I stayed in was smelly, like some kind of air freshener trying to cover up other smells. The bedspread had dried food on it from a previous guest. The floor in the bathroom was all one level, including the shower, no ledge to keep the water in the shower area. The bathroom floor was all wet when I was done showering. Very little toilet paper left on the roll, and there was no replacement roll. Facial tissue box was almost empty, no replacement. The breakfast was not that great. Not many choices. Mapquest led to a parking lot that does not lead to the motel, it is blocked off. When you finally get to the correct parking lot, you are facing sides of buildings. Hard to find because the only signage is on the front of the buildings, no other signage to let you know you are in the right parking lot.
