Nice hotel, but it is located in the middle of a construction site with constant loud noise from morning to evening. The beach was largely fenced off, with no access. We also noticed silverfish in the room on our last day while packing. There was no prior warning or notification about these issues when we booked.

Unfortunately, not noted when you book this lovely hotel is right in the middle of A Building site. They are making a new prom Which when finished will Be great but at the moment, All we saw was Bob the builder and hundreds of dump trucks

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, and lovely pool overlooking the sea. Pebble beach on the sea, great with water shoes. There was construction during our stay, but it wasn’t much of an inconvenience… We took Ubers and walked home from the old city and beaches. Highly recommend!

The area around the hotel is a big construction site. Lots of trucks, dust and noise. Beach nearby is also part of the construction. The rooftop bar was closed. Not recommended.

Maybe its due to the construction around the property, but the staff was not trained for this kind of hotel. They were very rude and impolite and not bothered about guest experience as well. The only person who deserved to stay was the guest relations manager. We had to fight for everything- from check in to getting the dinner bill added to the room.

Hotel and views were beautiful. Pools were great and rooms clean. Breakfast was good, we didn’t eat any other meals at the hotel. Staff were responsive to sorting a few minor issues very quickly. The area has a lot of building work and although it didn’t disturb us there were a lot of lorry’s and it was unsightly. I wouldn’t have booked if I had known about building work, irritating that Expedia didn’t notify until after booking confirmed.

Property is very good but on a website it’s says beach front but there is construction around and only small part available. No umbrellas or chair available. I have to walk 15-20 min to a beach club or take a Uber. Inconvenient. Club charge for chairs and umbrellas arond $ 45 per person.

I booked for a family room to included a sofa bed. There was so sofa bed, but they eventually wheeled in a cot bed. There was looks of cobwebs in the framework of the feature wall behind the bed. Staff was not accomodating. The roof top flooring had many lifted amd broken floor boards. Not what you would expect for a 4 star accomodation.

Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was delicious with good variety of food. The room was the best part of the hotel; comfortable bed and soft sheets, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool area surpassed my expectations; there were two pools , an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Did not have a great experience at this hotel. Did not have a smooth check-in - was given a food voucher to make up for it - tried to use said food voucher and was told I could not. Everyone who works at this hotel is miserable and rude. No one smiles. I was there for 4 nights and my room was cleaned once. There is a ton of construction around the hotel so the view is no longer nice. The food was sub-par. I would not recommend and I will never be returning.

Very well located near the beach. But horrible construction work going on around, likely for 2 more years. Best to avoid. Facilities in hotel are good though, infinity pool is nice and spa too. But service and food is definitely below par. Nothing else nearby and so always have to taxi to city centre for restaurants and bars.

Hotel conditions is very bad, very worn and bad maintained in general. Getting out of the area is a nightmare because there is construction on the main road and getting a taxi or uber is so complicated and takes ages. Service from reception staff is awful and not friendly, I didn’t get housekeeping during my stay. I didn’t get any of my Expedia VIP services. Definitely would not recommend this hotel at all in Split.

Beautiful hotel, and nicest hotel pool I’ve ever enjoyed. Service was very good. The only issue is the construction on the beach area during the day, which creates a lot of noise and dust. One area of beach was still open, at least, and the water is amazing. Looks like construction is a large project that will last most of 2024, but once it’s finished it will be amazing. I’d love to come back after it’s completed.
