Service was horrible at the food court in the lobby. Systems were down, staff was slow and overpriced. Hotel itself was clean but they messed up reservation for some in our party.

Hotel was very clean. Person checking us in was very nice as well as people working at Bistro. Always saw workers cleaning up. Bistro prices and market prices were a little high ( as everywhere lately.) A lot of the choices had either avocado mash or garlic aioli on them. When you’re eating prior to a concert or business meeting you don’t want those things for obvious reasons. Only issue we had was with shuttle service which we had clarified when checking in that we needed a shuttle to a venue and afterward to get back. We were assured there would be no problem at all. We got shuttle to auditorium and were told to just call when done if they were not there already to return us. When we were done and no one was there we called hotel and were told the shuttle driver had left due to an emergency. No offer of having someone else come get us. Woman on phone said we could call an Uber! We are in our mid to late 60’s, are not familiar with the area and have never used Uber. We ended up walking back to hotel by luckily having a phone with gps. It was only about 7 blocks but we had no idea of the area safety and were not in a position to walk fast as I have a bad knee. My husband is disabled. By time of our return my knee was in extreme pain. I understand emergencies can happen but to not have a back up plan in those cases is not acceptable. If anything the hotel should have called an Uber or taxi to pick us up and cover the charge since they said there would be no issue.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, EXCEPT THAT PARKING MAY BE A PROBLEM. THERE IS LIMITED PARKING SPACES. I WAS LUCKY TO FIND A PARKING SPACE AND DARE NOT TO LEAVE THE PREMISE BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO LOOSE THE PARKING SPACE.
