Good location. A reported 3-4 star hotel should have hair dryers in all rooms, had to go downstairs to get one as no one would bring to me. Overall just ok.

Too much noise in the room floor during the day and night and the habitation above mine. Excelent localization, but poor pool and gym room, nice parking but charged separately (sure that the price of diary was priced enough !) During the web reservation, paid the amount including breakfast, but in check-in this information was not included in the hotel system.

Even though it’s a nice hotel when compared to others, the bed is small and uncomfortable and the hairdryer inefficient. The restaurant serves a really bad pizza. A/C too old.

Very friendly and helpful staff even though I could not speak Portuguese they always where very willing to assist. Good gym facilities and breakfast. Very good location!

Good Brand Mercure , but with an old room. The bathroom is too small. Excellent breakfast, but it costs R$ 32,00/person. There's parking with aditional cost.

The hotel was well located for access to other parts of town by an excellent taxi service. We also engaged a Hire car operator who services the hotel for a 6 hour tour around a large part of the Florianopolis island which was excellent.

It was a very cold night, the air conditioner was not working, there were no extra blankets, no extra toillet paper, ammenities for one person and long cue for check out. very bad experience during Valantine's day.

The hotel room was nice, clean and it smelled really pleasant. Toilet water tank was running water constantly, making noises that interrupted our sleep. Maintenance came to fix it but it didn't last long. Bathroom sink was leaking on top of granite and it got my personal things wet. No breakfast included was thumbs down. It should have been included for the price.

I came to Florianopolis to just get AWAY! and the Mercure Convention Center provided a great opportunity to do just that and at a very affordable price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I felt MOST welcome. I would stay again!

The hotel was nice. It was a basic, clean room with good showers and air conditioning. The staff had limited English speaking ability which made getting a taxi and exchanging money a little difficult.

Greeted by very attentive and english speaking staff. Overall the hotel is great value for the money; it is not an apartment other than having a microwave and a few dishes and silverware and a fridge in the entrance hallway. The daily breakfast buffet is excellent and worth the price. The hotel is very clean but the gym and pool almost non-existant. The location is mid-island not on a beach and 15 minutes away by car to the nearest one. It is more a business hotel not a vacation hotel. There is excellnt parking facilities at the hotel for a small daily fee.
