For a 1 night stay in random NH, this place suited our needs. It's a little outdated and there was a bit of a smell when we got in the room, but having the window open aired it out. Beds were comfortable. "Breakfast" was a coffee/tea station that had what you needed, but could've tasted better and hot water cooler didn't work. We didn't use it, but the indoor pool/jacuzzi was an option. It did seem a bit outdated and dinky, but spacious. Perhaps if we were there longer, we might've tried it out. Front desk staff was friendly and nice. It was near shopping, cafes, etc. and not too far from the beach/park. About 20 min from Downtown area. Parking was free and right by the door. There was an elevator.

The room was not clean when we checked in. The trash was full and the bathroom had hair on the floor. People were nice though. They took care of it.

First night had a drunk fool wake us up at 3am. Had to listen to this stuff for 2 hours while the Ambulance and EMT dealt with the fool and he.would not shut up. The next night i had to deal with the possibility and wait.for.the.other shoe to drop. PTSD does not make.for an easy life and stupit stuff makes things intolerable. I have sleeped better in combat zones. The drunk hole was a guest. It didn't held that i lost $150 in Lindt choclate because the refrigerator decided to run a thaw cycle and fill my bag with water. I am sure the dumpster enjoyed the treat. Is that clean enough for you. I would not want to hurt your delicate sense of proper grammar.

A very charming little hotel. Location was convenient. We went for seafood festival and we were able to walk from the hotel down to where you take the shuttle bus to the beach, it was under a 10 minute walk. The hotel Itself was clean and overall a nice stay. The Hotel staff were super nice and accommodating. Our favorite part was the pool and hot tub and the sauna. Its nice that it’s open until 11 PM. We had a great time chilling at the pool at night and just being able to hang and relax.

I loved my time in the Jacuzzi. The pool is nice too. The rooms were clean, my bed was made daily. (I stayed for the entire Seafood Festival). I had no troubles in my room, other than having to listen the AC unit next door, and the traffic that passed by. Not a whole lot that can be done about that, if you're a light sleeper like I am. I loved that little circle of soap. Staff was very friendly and I hope to return soon. I had no issues at all, and the hotel is very convenient to the free parking areas off Lafayette and High streets, if you happen to be there for the annual "Hampton Beach Seafood Festival".

The staff was great the pool was perfect. The rooms could use an update and new beds. The mattress was broke and the fridge was dripping water on our food. The hallways had a smell that was very powerful.

Very nice rooms and nice little pool area. Lost 1 star because the dining area has no a/c or at least it wasn’t working when we used the area. This would not prevent me from going back!

The whole facility is nice. I travel a lot for work and play. Though it’s no ritz Carlton it’s an excellent location with a wonderfully perfect staff. Everything is always clean and the bed is comfy
