The hotel was great, the room well appointed, great bathroom and kitchen, comfy beds. My one complaint and it turned into a real downer as we checked out was that in a 5 story hotel with so many nice amenities, they only had 2, yes 2, baggage carts. We went down for breakfast at 7am, check out was at 11. There were no carts. We asked if one could be held for us and we would come down and get it. The front desk said they would bring it up once one became available. We checked all floors on our way down to breakfast and on our way back up then over the next 3 hours until we checked out we made the rounds 3 more times. Apparently people were just hoarding the only TWO carts available in the entire hotel and for good reason. No carts ever became available in those 3 hours. We had 3 cats with us and all their stuff as well as our suitcases, coats, etc. it took us 6 trips up to the 5th floor to get all our things down to the lobby. No one offered to help and it turned a really nice hotel stay into a royal pain. I would suggest at least 6 - 10 carts for a hotel that size or a front desk staff that stops guests in the am and asks what room they are in and reminds them that they can’t just keep the carts in Their rooms until they check out at 11. We weren’t the only guests grumbling about this. The manager was also sitting in her office instead of coming out to offer apologies or help. Ruined a great stay.

We found our new home away from home! We will be staying at this property anytime we visit family in the area … the staff was great, especially Evan at the front desk! Very friendly and super helpful ! Room was spacious with a kitchenette… great restaurants in the area and close to the highway. Highly recommend it!

Best area to stay in east of St. Louis. Breakfast was the only thing, all food was wrapped like it was at a connivence store. Great area by hospital to walk the dogs. Walked to the Tap Room for dinner. Dog friendly with outside patio.

This property was a perfect location for a hotel if you want to visit St. Louis. It is much safer and cleaner than any place in St. Louis.

The guy who checked me in was so helpful and went above and beyond after he found out I had driven 12 hours.

I reserved a king size studio 6 weeks ahead of time. They put me in a queen size suite. I called to have them fix and they said they gave my room away since they figured upgrading me to more sq ft would be better for me since I was staying a week. I told them it was a downgrade as my husband and I are both big and tall. They offered to move me to the correct room the next day, but the next began a slog of 14 hour days so I didn’t have time to move. They said they were not willing to take a king from other reservations that hadn’t checked in yet, and I had to deal with it. I asked fir a discount to at least do something and they only offered a $20 credit for the first night. We both slept horribly. On top of it we clearly requested no room cleaning and the first day we were gone, they came in and rearranged all our stuff. We take everything down to our own pillows and coffee maker as we are seasoned travelers. It was not feasible to switch rooms at 11pm and it was terrible to feel our privacy was invaded. The attitude of the manager was terrible. Never stay here.

Had a great stay until 5am when the people above us started having their morning fun. The builders definitely went cheap on the insulation, after 2 of listening to the moaning and screaming we packed up and left. Pool was awesome and hotel was clean ill give it that.
