Very mediocre stay here. The staff was lovely and the breakfast buffet was terrific, but there did not seem to be much noise insulation, which resulted in very little sleep. I could hear everything in the rooms above/around me and people running around the halls. Really wish they had designated quiet hours later at night to help guests sleep. Definitely avoid the pool-facing rooms...

Conditioner was filled with body wash. Pull out couch was the worst I’ve ever slept on. Apparently housekeeps don’t turn in lost items and they kept my son tablet that we know was left in the room and no one else had checked into that room yet. Breakfast would have been good if they would have stocked it. Not near enough food.

Great stopping off point for us. Room was spacious. Bathroom very clean. Nice breakfast.

The Holiday Inn offered easy access from the highway, and we felt safe during our stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow. I started my check-in first, but a gentleman who arrived later was processed much faster. It seemed like the staff member assisting him was efficient, while mine appeared disorganized and less attentive. On a positive note, my room was clean and comfortable. However, I did notice that the floors in the common areas near the elevator were not very clean, which detracted from the overall experience.

A Mexican restaurant we had been looking for turned out to be right behind our hotel. The beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were very roomy. Only complaint was that the pillows needed more loft. All in all it was a very nice hotel.

Everyone was great- from check in, pool, breakfast staff, to cleaning staff! All were very friendly. I used to clean at a hotel so I am rather picky-lol! It was very clean all around. Just an all around great stay for our family trip! Everyone enjoyed everything about our stay!

Very well kept property. The room was clean had good smell. The pillows are the best. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast,I usually don’t eat the breakfast at hotel s. I’ve been in every decent hotel in Mitchell. This one cost a little more but I continue to stay here. For the Cleanliness. They do a very good job.
