They put me on the top floor and then at like 6:30am had roofers tearing off the room and banging right above me. Did not sleep well at all

Love the suite just the smoking privileges we're nice and I love the TV and all the unlimited channels that it had my only complaint was the breakfast the juice machine was broken and they have the guy going to milk that was in the refrigerator was already almost gone so we will basically nothing in there but toast and muffins but I know what I find out for I know it's not and how it is today more variety overall it was cool

This place was horrible. First of all, they require a $20 CASH deposit that they will refund you IF you don't smoke in the room. I guess this is there way of dealing with people who smoke in the rooms, which they obviously have a problem with because the hall of our second floor room smelled like cigarette smoke. When I opened the door to our room I was hit in the face with the odor urine. I should have turned around right then but I was tired and and just wanted to sleep. The sheets were stained, there was hair in the best, the bathroom tub and floors were not clean, one bathroom wall had drip stains on it, and the ceiling had a 4'x5' section that was just drywall with drywall patched showing, no paint. When I left in the morning and dropped my key off, the clerk said, 'have a nice day' - no mention about my $20 deposit. When I asked for my money she hesitated but then asked for my ID and gave me my money. I know this all sounds too bad to be true, but it is. I don't see how they could possibly have a 7.0 rating. I rarely write a bad review, but I had to in this case in hopes of saving someone from this horrible hotel. If I knew you could add photos to a review I would have taken a bunch.

My stay was okay it appear there was a patch work going on in the room; there was a hole in the door, curtains were ripped, title in bathroom was broke on the floor, and white marks where it looked like they filled in holes. They also wanted to hold a $40 in cash as a deposit.

The staff was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was outdated and old, the smell of the rooms and just age of the building gave me pause, the other tenants made the place bad but other than that the food was good and staff was very nice and helped anytime I asked for it. Also don’t swim in the pool because other guests tend to get drunk and skinny dip.

We went to the pool and came back to my room the desk guy stopped me and said i needed to mop the water we had left behind handed me a mop and i mopped from the enetry wat to elevator to avoid confrontation, but i did tell hkm never in my life i have gone to a hotel and been asked to clean ... room was got and pillows smelled ..

Was going to leave a good review after staying here all week, but the guy behind the desk kept my deposit.I called to request a late check out ( he gave me 15 min)...most places give their guests til Noon but either way I complied but because i didnt get to front desk until 3:19 ( I was in 319...3rd floor all the way at opposite end of the building....so They just lost my business. He shouldve have been more clear . also the previous night a gentleman was standing out front complaining about all the bed bugs he found so be mindful of that as well.---

When I checked into the hotel the lady in the front desk was not very welcoming and came off rude. The room that we got was not like the pictures of the website at all. It smelt bad and the towels were very dirty looking. When I booked the room I accidentally booked a smoking room so I’m not sure if that’s why the room looked very outdated and uglier than the picture but either way the room I booked was displayed as smoking and the picture was not at all what we stayed in. I was very disappointed with our experience all together.

Not so good as compared to my other stays with hotels. Ice machine didn’t work on 2nd floor. Instructions for ac weren’t visible (behind things on shelf). Breakfast was cereal and coffee. Only thing was good they had ceiling fans. Couldn’t read the digits on the thermostat so I have no idea what the temp was set on. I will not be back to this location.
