This is tucked away from busy street/highway. It’s close to strip mall shopping and mall shopping. What we didn’t enjoy was the loudness of the ppl right outside our window sitting by fire pit drinking at laughter at 1am. We got to breakfast I’m assuming too late but we were there at 10 AM Sunday morning with two grandchildren and they were breaking it down. Done for the day. I got the last egg and shared it between two kids, no juice available, EVERYTHING was getting put away before our eyes. We felt rushed and thought we were there in plenty of time to avoid this. I feel with the amount of money we spent on this Hotel & plenty of others around this area, we would sooner go to another. Just expected better.

Had to to pull our room door shut as it didn’t just shut and latch, definitely not a problem just something for people to be mindful of, very nice and clean hotel, nice staff, very happy with my stay

We stayed at this property for three days, having previously been guests at the Four Points and the C'mon Inn. We booked a room with a king bed and kitchenette. The lobby area was pretty and check-in easy. Did not have to wait but if we had, there is plenty of seating and coffee and water available. Our room, for the most part, was clean. We did find some hair from previous guest(s) on the shower wall and debris on the floor by the desk. A more thorough cleaning would have been beneficial. The bed was comfortable and we slept well both nights. I would have liked to have had USB ports in the room similar to most modern properties. There is an outdoor basketball net and firepit, both which were frequently used by other guests. We appreciated the location of this property as it was away from busy intersections and loud traffic.

Our guestroom’s fridge has a knocking noise the whole night and I couldn’t access the plug in to unplug it. The breakfast area was unclean and the food quality at the breakfast buffet was subpar. The fitness room was nice but no sanitary wipes to wipe equipment down. Only a large bottle of hand sanitizer available. The price was quite high for the quality of the hotel.

I had a nice room, and the free breakfast buffet was delectable. However, the exercise room had a rank odor, and the medicine balls were sticky and thus not clean. I chose not to exercise there and was grateful for the hand sanitizer in the room.

Nice area- staff was great, room was nice but not as clean as expected for a Hilton. Our dog kept finding pieces of sunseed shells near furniture legs. Couch needs to be CLEANED. Surprised we had a $50 pet charge when he doesn’t shed and made no mess at all.
