The stay was awful. Very uncomfortable and unorganized. We had to do the housekeeping in our room , there was urine and throw up in the bathroom. The bartender lied and basically stole from us . Finally we upgraded to a suite the last night because we were so fed up and they double charged us . We had to wash the room towels ourselves at their facility. This was supposed to be a nice getaway/horse show we were competing in and it was the exact opposite.

The experience was very unpleasant and slightly insulting. There was urine and throw up along and around our toilet when we arrived. We then asked if someone could come clean it up which never happened so I had to do it . Then we went to order room service . After calling and trying to get in touch with them we then had to go down to the front desk and were told it was open . So we went to order and were told it was closed but people were at the bar ordering and eating. Mind you it’s a half hr before they are supposed to be closed . They finally let us order but only certain items so the chef doesn’t have to cook. From there we were told by the the bartender that we were lucky to get any food . After we ordered I let the bartender know our room number and charge it to the room . She said no and that we had to pay her . We were a bit confused and slightly embarrassed that we were spoken to like that in front of other guests. We were hungry and tired from a long drive so we went to the room to grab a money . I have never heard of that before and was able to charge everything to the room any other time which leads me to believe that this bartender was stealing or doing something inappropriate. The next day we ask for housekeeping to come clean the room and they only made the bed . No new towels , no shampoo for two days even though we asked multiple times . All of our dishes and trash were left throughout the room . We washed the towels and paid for it. There is a lot more.

Found a COCKROACH in room, and multiple staff members did nothing when I complained, didn't even give me an apology or offer to move me to another room. I complained for the 3rd time as I was checking out when I was leaving and the General Manager gave me a $100 off of my bill. I appreciated this gesture and I accepted it at the time because I was in a hurry, but honestly he should have at least given me one full night free. If that staff had initiatially acknowledged how gross it is to find a cockroach in your hotel room, i honestly would not have even thought to ask for a refund, but I'm more frustrated with the staff response than the bug!

Our overall stay was good, very nice rooms , clean everywhere, the only complaint I have is the house keeping knocking on the door at 9:30am and I had a do not disturb sign on the door, I picked my wife up from the airport at 11:30 pm and didn’t get back to our room until 1:15am, she was sleeping when they knocked on the door ! Very rude ! We paid for that room and had it until check out, do not disturb !!!!!!

Showerhead leaked often and the shower basin had a long metal drain. The drops on this metal drain were loud and constant. My wife and I did not sleep well. Also, I have yet to receive my folio via email.

Stay was amazing, except we did not get our room cleaned in our 3 nights there, and we did not have a door sign indicating that. We had to request fresh towels and linens.

The staff was so nice! Great lobby and bar area was awesome. Good food, clean rooms, great stay

I love traveling and staying at great hotels it was very clean and all the staff was amazing. We come out here often for soccer and I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 days never had housekeeping.

The power went out in the middle of the night & I had to wake up early to shower and get ready thankfully it came back on right as I needed to shower but still very unpleasant not knowing if it was going to be back on soon. The front desk said that happens often.

The room are stained, you have to pay for own parking, no complimentary water for your rooms to make the coffee they provide!! For being one of the most expensive places to stay around there it's not worth it! Lower paying hotels in area has better quality for your buck. Very disappointed.

I love the property very clean, relating atmosphere feels like home very modern. The room are very clean and cozy. Love the location closer to the freeway. 15 minutes from the wineries. For sure, I’ll be coming back.
