The front desk clerks were so friendly & welcoming; we were greeted with bright smiles! Our room and the lobby, hallways and elevator were nice & clean; LOVED that there was a refrigerator & microwave in the room. I give this property a 10/10⭐️ would definitely stay here again!

The credit card machine was not working correctly wjhen we got here but Alli was wonderful. She let us into our room. She was a delight! So fr8iendly and helpful!!! I would definitely recommend her for employee of the month!!

It was nice we were just recovering from Food poisoning the day before so we slept well the beds were nice.

Very clean hotel from top to bottom. Breakfast was good but didn't vary between the three days. Bed hard as a rock. Air conditioner was making squeekng noise the whole time. Was told couldn't switch rooms as they were full. Pool was small and salt water but overall decent.

Our stay at this Hampton was for 5 days 4 nights. The room when we entered was clean pretty much spotless. We did not have daily service cuz we were staying there for a period of time but we did need another round of towels which I had asked the cleaning service for and they were happy to provide. Access to the building was controlled by either a card or you could download the app to get in so everything and that point was pretty much secure so at all times we did feel safe. We felt at ease with the vehicle being parked outside there was plenty of lighting surrounding the building. Breakfast was also provided from 6:00 to 10:00 everyday and it was up to par and very good.. The only thing that was disappointing for this area is that there wasn't really a lot of dining we did find one restaurant that was called Deet's BBQ. And their food was excellent other than that we pretty much did Bob Evans and Wendy's. The trip to the Toledo Oregon area was excellent we visited Maumee Bay State Park we will definitely go back and more than likely stay at the Hampton again.

Ali(Alisha) & Xavier were top notch representatives for The Hampton Inn. Efficient. Courteous. Accommodating. Professional aesthetic, communication & service. And did there job but also went over & beyond to ensure that not only me but all the guests received the same level of service, time, attention to detail and 1 on 1 attention.
