Very simple Hotel, where a renovation /update is needed!
But it is cheap and OK bed for a nights stay.
Location is 3 km away from anything interesting.

Good value, perfect for stop over on way through France. Grateful for simple kitchenette, with Lidl next door, as all the restaurants in Epernay were fully booked the night we stayed!

The room felt dirty because of the carpet, also smelled musty and since we are allergic we started sneazing. The corridor and the stairways smelled like stale air. There was no AC and we had to sleep with the window opened — thankfully it was not too hot since it rained the days we were there, but in hot weather it would have been uncomfortable. For cheap price it may be agreeable to many, but I’d spend a bit extra to stay in a nicer place.

The staff was fantastic. The food for breakfast great. The location - inconvenient. The best I can refer to this as a dormitory style building that wants to charge more for hotel guests. We only stayed one night, and it was very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking was plentiful and safe. The champagne for sale was superb.

Amazing location. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The only issue was their was no parking on site. If you do not reserve parking at hotel, parking becomes an issue. No easy to find parking around town.

We stayed in the 2 floor family rooms. The upper portion of the room got incredibly hot in the evenings.
The rooms could have been cleaner. The plates were dirty. A lot of small niggles adds up to the fact that we won’t be coming back.
Osman at the front desk was the bright spot of the stay. Easygoing and friendly.

Very nice place, and clean rooms. Nice with a littel kichen and Lidl next to the hotel. Good free parking for the car :-)

Good location for a stop-off while visiting champagne region. Breakfast had a great choice available. Room was really big and comfortable with everything we needed, it was just a little tired and dated. Staff on the desk were pleasant enough, the late check-in is not great but we were able to work around it.

This appart'hotel is convenient for anyone who is driving to Epernay and wants to be able to park for free by their hotel. It is also about a 20 minute walk from the town and on bus routes - so no need to toss a coin to decide who drives and who gets to taste champagne! The reception area is pleasant but our initial impression of the common areas was that they were a bit spartan - but then again, until recently the building was an army barracks. We had a duplex, which offered plenty of space for us as a couple and would also be comfortable for three. "Kitchen corner" was a bit cramped but it was adequate for our needs and we were able to self-cater easily for the two nights we were there. Also, it felt like somewhere we could have stayed comfortably for a longer period, so suitable too for someone travelling on business who perhaps needs to find somewhere to stay for a week or two. Breakfast is offered by the hotel but we preferred to prepare our own. There is a coffee and snacks machine on the ground floor and also a bar that opens in the evening.

Good parking, nice hearty breakfast and very functional studio room. Great for a 20 minute walk into Epernay. And a good way of walking off dinner!
