The staff made our holiday a five star experience.
It’s a Beautifully decorated boutique hotel in the heart of cartagena. Local to all the sites and a 10 min taxi ride to the local beach.
The staff could not do enough to accommodate our every requirement. The breakfast was mage fresh for us every day. The bedrooms were immaculate and spaces. Highly recommend 5⭐️

Amazing! Hotel boutique is a classy chic, super highly tech unique place. Everything in the room is automated, everything! Omg the breakfast 5 stars, and the service; well what can I say. Very nice, absolutely well located, great restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the pool in the first floor, very private and amazing decoration and style. Will definitely come back soon.

The hotel is beautiful, boutique and cozy. The location is great. The best part of our stay is definitely the staff. The service was absolutely outstanding. We will come back!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is gorgeous and not open to the public which was a plus. Our room had was 2 levels, washroom and shower/streamer on the 1st with the bedroom and balcony with ocean view on the 2nd. The room was incredibly designed with its layout and vaulted ceiling. The only drawback was there was a lot of ants in the washroom. While we could look past them it was somewhat off putting.

The property only has seven rooms and is amazingly stylish. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was gourmet. It was probably the best post eggs and avocado that I’ve ever had. It is close to town city center but fairly quiet for Cartagena. We will definitely be recommending other stay there in the future

We stayed for four nights with our teenage daughters. The hotel is lovely and the staff is excellent—extremely kind. They went out of their way to walk us to a drugstore when we asked for directions. They also arranged a driver for an outing and gave us tips on where to go. Nicely located in walkable distance to the action but in a quiet corner. The google control of the rooms was a bit unnecessary from our point of view but a novelty nonetheless.

They do not provide free water, which I find annoying and not consistent with the boutique hotel genre.
My bed had 2 large sex stains on the comforter. It had been washed but the stains were very visible right on the lower corner. How someone did not throw it away or turn it over so it is not visible is hard to fathom.
The breakfast was good, but the dining area on the rooftop is kinda dumpy, and I got bit twice by a mosquito in 3 minutes. Put repellent on before you dine there.
The room uses voice control, which is a hassle to learn especially if you arrive late and tired.
It's not a bad value for the money I paid on Expedia, but arrive with modest expectations if you book.

From the moment we got there, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I have never stayed at a boutique hotel but it was amazing. Everything about our stay was great! It was so hard to pick a hotel in the walled city because there are so many options but i'm so glad we went with them! Thank you for everything!

Now the Cons: Located on a noisy corner, and rooms are right off the lobby overlooking the street. Windows don't have bathrooms, so noise and mosquitoes get in...all day and night. Bring earplugs and bug spray. You need to be let in and out everytime, so you feel like you are in a prison. The young woman at the front probably means well, but clearly has no formal training. This is a new hotel, but due to lack of training they have a nice property being completely mismanaged. When I lost my room key, I was reprimanded instead of being given a new key. They then let me in my room everytime I arrived. They they tried to charge me for the lost key card upon checkout. The wifi worked maybe 20% of the time. I recommend you stay somewhere else until the owners find someone who can properly manage this property. There are far better hotels in the city for the same price.

I loved my stay here. The staff was so caring, and personable. It was in walking distance to a good amount of things. You could also Uber to things. The hotel is small and only serve breakfast, but it was still wonderful.

MOET was an amazing experience! The management, Angela and Julian, were welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff addressed us by name the entire stay and were attentive to our every need. From recommendations if where to eat and directions to places on interest, to making sure everything was to our liking. MOET takes place in house built in the 1500's which was renovated to a tasteful and beautiful boutique hotel. Tasteful decor, music, and ambiance in every corner with a beautiful intimate rooftop to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. We found our home away from home in Cartagena.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEIR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. The hotel is cute and the staff were initially friendly. Unfortunately things went immediately downhill after check-in.
Everything in the room (lights, TV, drapes, AC, etc) is controlled by your phone, this becomes very annoying when you have to open up a web browser and go through their "smart system" to do anything. Their internet works 5% of the time and your phone needs WiFi to control anything so when you disconnect from WiFi you can't control anything in the room. Super frustrating.
The bathroom window has no glass so hot air, street noice and mosquitoes flooded in all night.
All power/AC shuts off as soon as the door opens. Anytime my girlfriend would leave, I would be sitting in blackness and then would have find my phone to turn on lights, TV, and AC. A real hassle and you come back to a 95 degree room with 100% humidity, takes an hour to cool down.
The hotel’s front door locks from both sides and can’t be opened without a key. Anytime you want to leave, you need to find someone to let you out. This is very unsafe in the event of a fire and was very annoying when we got stuck outside for 20min without anyone to let us in.

If you’re staying in the Walled City in Cartegena stay here! This property is amazing, with bright, clean & comfortable rooms. There’s a perfect view of the sunset from the rooftop and the outdoor terrace is great for enjoying breakfast (also amazing!!). It’s a small property so the service is personalized and their attention to detail is amazing. It’s also a superb location as you’re within the walled city but it’s not quite as rowdy and the central area can get at night.
