Location is excellent, food, supermarket are nearby. Staffs are very helpful and supportive. We have found few small Cockroaches on floor and removed our luggage to sofa when needs to open.
It would recommend to provide Luggage rack.

Bit of a hike to the centre but easy if you master the subway which saves 2000 steps each way. Helpful staff and very clean. Scary antique jlift which has been modernised and is safe but retains its terminal features.

Service was exemplary, this won’t be possible if not for Eva, Carolina and Julia. They were all so helpful and accommodating, always willing to extend help when needed.
The location is within close proximity to Metro’s, food shops and mall. Easy to navigate around.
Place is clean, the kitchen is stocked up with necessary appliance to cook.
Overall it was a pleasant and one of the best stay, definitely will come back and choose this place again with the family.

Sad to say but we were quite disappointed with our stay here. The appartement was described as a two bedroom with a pullout couch suitable for 6 people and unfortunately it’s more of a one bedroom with a bed in the living room with a pullout couch separated by a paper wall. The pullout itself was super uncomfortable and very noisy, waking everyone as soon as someone moved on it. The apartment did not have sufficient supplies (soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc) so we constantly found ourselves going to reception asking for more. The staff was not the friendliest, the apartment was not super clean (lots of dust under the beds), the shower leaked and the management only offered a very small discount on one of the nights where we struggled with noise from construction. In a nutshell, the apartment was not as advertised and expensive for what it was. :(

We stayed for three nights before boarding for a cruise. Julia at the front desk was so nice and very helpful and informative. We enjoyed our apartment. It was clean and spacious. One thing that I didn't like (and maybe it's a European thing) is there were no wash clothes in the apartment. We were close to stores and taxis picked up right at the street corner. We did use the washer/dryer, but the dryer didn't really dry so we ended up using the rack out on the balcony and the towel warmer in the bathroom. Would stay here again and recommend.

The location of the apartment is ideal, not far from the hustle and bussel, but more than close enough to transport links, even the airport bus is a short distance away. The closest metro link is in the same block, with the next nearest line about a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
The staff were very friendly throughout our trip, check in and out was a breeze.
Our trip was only for 10 nights and the apartment was cleaned at the end of the first week.
There is a safe in the room to store your valuables, but we didn't find that security was an issue, the apartment block has a coded entrance as well as you have. A key fob for your apartment.
The lift isn't the biggest, so with a large amount of luggage a few trips may be required.
My only negative would be the traffic noise below, while the double glazing on the doors cuts out most of the traffic, anyone not used to the noise may be put off, while only a minor irritant, it's nothing that prevented sleep.
Bonus for the hot weather there is an Aircon, which doesn't take too long to cool the apartment off.
The kitchen appliances have either been seldom used or have been recently replaced or both, there was a capsule coffee machine ( a few capsules are included)as well as a kettle for those preferring tea.
Overall would highly recommend, and will likely use ourselves again.

As soon as I opened the first door to my unit, there’s continuos screaming coming from the unit next to us. Non stop screaming. At night, it seems the unit above us had kids that would not stop running. In summary, the walls in this place are paper thin. The soap dispenser was empty from the get go. When we emailed them to ask them to refill it, their answer was “bring it to the front office from 10AM to 3PM”. Do they think we travel to stay in the room?!?! Terrible service. If you want to stay at a place that has zero amenities, and zero customer service, this is the place for you. Otherwise,I suggest you look in a more centric area as their prices are very comparable to hotels with real customer service

I made a mistake and booked this property the same day my wife made arrangements for us to stay with at a friends house. I quickly contacted Experdia and Eric Vökel Boutique properties and they would not allow a refund even though the reservation was 3 weeks out. I called an Expedia customer service number and then got scammed! By far the worst customer experience I ever encountered.
