Room extremely cold. One tiny register for a king suite. Took at least 10 minutes for shower hot water to heat up.

Excellent customer service!! Very accommodating and took my concerns seriously. Room was modern and very clean. I over slept because the bed was that comfortable. Will definitely go back and refer to friends. Until next time.

Great Beds, Clean and Simple - did not see where to control the heat - but weather was good enough we were ok. A few design flaws - TP holder could have been closer to the toilet and turned the other way to keep the roll on - and the light to the door was behind the door - blinds down still allowed outside light into the room at nigh(was traveling with my 93 year old Dad - so these were noticeable. Room was super clean - Beds Super Comfy and easy to get in. Great place when you just need a place to put your head down.

Had a lovely night at the Brooks Motel. It’s very well appointed with super comfy beds. There doesn’t seem to be staff on site but a number you can contact with any issues - we didn’t have any and it was not a problem for us. The room was clean and recently renovated. Close to lots of good dining options in Columbia county and the Berkshires.

It was fine - the room was very small and rather rough around the edges. Concrete floors, not a great paint job, rather drab. As I said, it was fine, but quite overpriced for what it is.

Had a lovely night at the Brooks Motel. It’s very well appointed with super comfy beds. Our room was bee infested. We killed 12 bees before we went to bed, several more in the am. We requested adjoining rooms and even though the hotel only had one other guest, this was not provided. No one on site to remedy this catastrophe.

There was a modern DYI element to the room that lend a bit of hippiness and eco friendliness to our stay. The floors are concrete throughout which I had no problems with.

Absolutely no sound insulation between rooms, so your experience might depend on how quiet/respectful your neighbors are! Bring ear plugs. Location and value for cost were good.

The room even though very small it was clean . Cleverly decorated. The toilet holder was loose . The coffee provided was very good . The room served our needs . We needed a room at a reasonable price so this was it. If you are looking for luxury this is not it n I mean that in a positive way not in a negative one …. Just a true reflection. The air conditioner is loud.

The Brooks was perfect for what I needed - somewhere to stay after a friend's party nearby. The rooms are small but really well laid out and clean. It's my first time using the non-contact check in and it worked really well due to good in advance communication.
