I requested first floor near lobby, as usual I got second floor furthest room to walk too Asked for different room that I had requested and they said because I booked through a third party ( meaning you ) my request was not valid. This is why I may just call hotel directly and not use a third party

Went on a quick trip and LOVED it! The connecting waterpark is amazing perfect for my kids 4 and 6! We had a blast! The 2 bedroom suite was so spacious! They are dog friendly and made our stay so convenient when we asked for a 1st floor room near an exit to take the pups out! Everyone at the front was so nice and friendly. They even accomedated an early check in since my bf was interviewed at LECOM for pharmacy school! Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

We liked the 2 bedroom suite and fireplace. The walkin shower was a pleasant surprise. Wallpaper in all rooms was damaged. My room was close to the exit that people went outside to smoke so the i heard the door open and slam shut everytime someone went in and out and the smell of smoke permeated the bedroom. As a non smoker, I did not like that. The furniture and flooring were updated which was nice. The appliances were beat upbut worked fine. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast left ALOT to be desired and could definitely use an update, no fruit, same stuff each day, few choices.

There did not have rooms available. Gave me a small room with one bed for the whole family. Check in desk refused to get a supervisor. Also refused to return my money so I could book elsewhere because it was booked through a third party. Advised they could give me rollaway beds for the kids and then came back and said they had none. Had a horrible night. Thankfully, it was a short stay.

The stay was great, except trying to use the hot tub in the pool area. There was a family whom hot tub hogged the whole time. I didn't know babies were allowed to be in hot tubs? But I do know that a hot tub isn't a damn kiddie pool!!

My daughters and I stayed in a suite for a few days. It was perfecr for what we wanted for a little get away. The breakfast was good, although each morning they ran out of something, there was enough food and beverages to choose from. The pool and jacuzzi was nice and convenient for us. We could hear kids running above us in the evening, but understandable when you are away on vacation. The noise always settled down around 11pm. It was nice to stay in 1 night and cook dinner. The jacuzzi tub was a nice added touch. We did ask the front desk for extra towels, but we never received them. Other than that, We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in - at this price point! Yuck! - The floors throughout the hotel looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. - The breakfast area was disgusting—the refrigerator and milk carafes were gross and caked with old, sour milk; the counters and tables were filthy and sticky, and the floors under and around the tables weren’t vacuumed between diners. - The pool area floor hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages: there were used bandaids, food scraps and dead bugs all over. - Inside the whirlpool tub in our bathroom, there were multiple cracks and large pieces of the enamel missing, exposing rust.

We stay here just about everytime we travel to Erie. Its our favorite place to stay! They were doing renovations this past time we were there. They took the carpets out and replaced them with beautiful wood flooring! Love love love it here! 10 outta 10 recomend everytime!

Like others have stated, cleanliness is awful although I did feel the rooms specifically the beds and bathrooms were clean. Pool was disgusting and backed up and was overflowing so all the dirt from the wet floor was going back in the pool. Walls and doors were filthy. Breakfast was average. Amenities were nice and location/cost was good. A nice deep cleaning would go a long way!
