The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice although there was no basketball available at the pool. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfy and had to ask for bedding. The pillows were nice and soft, although small.

The place was very run down.....lumpy tiny pillows, threadbare wash clothes, peeling office chair, no shower curtain (the staff did get me one when asked) stairwell was full of dirt, breakfast eggs had the consistency of mashed potatoes. Overpriced for the conditions of the hotel.

The place is nice, quiet and most especially the price is affordable. The room is very clean and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and their service is great. The only comment I can say was I saw the staff (who prepared the food) when she’s transferring the bacon in the tray, she used her bare hand with no gloves on. She didn’t even used the tong instead… but we still enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was awful. Check-in time was 3:00. We showed up at 4:30 and he room wasn’t ready. We were fifth in a list of people waiting to check-in. We waited two hours before we got our room. We had to wait in the lobby as the clerk at the front desk said if we left we would get bumped off the list. Lobby bathrooms were dirty with no soap or paper towel. Zero accountability or apologies from from staff. Manager had left and conveniently was back in until after check out time the next day. Was supposed to call me to discuss this mess up and I haven’t hear from her. Would not recommended.

Took 2 hours to check-in and we arrived at 6pm, we weren’t into our room until 8pm. HIRE MORE STAFF IF IT IS BUSY. Key Cards needed to be changed 3 times because they would stop working or wouldn’t work entirely. Would not recommend staying here.

We booked this hotel overnight to move our daughter into UND. One bed nearly flipped over due to broken legs. All pillowcases were on inside out when we arrived - we looked and cases were put on that way intentionally as the right sides were dirty (save on laundry expenses??). All towels were dirty. The window air conditioner blew a moldy musty smell. After seeing the above - we did not spend the night and incurred additional expenses to find other lodging. We contacted Expedia - to pursue a refund. Expedia said they were unable to contact the hotel manager. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT EXPEDIA DECIDED NOT TO CONTINUE TO ADVOCATE FOR A REFUND FOR US!!

We were bit at the hotel much, but were disappointed that a room for a minimum of 4 people was only equipped with 2 towels and did not offer daily service, only every 3rd day. When we did call down for towels, we were told they would let someone know to bring them. We finally went to the deal to ask where the towels were and the lady at the desk told us she forgot. It had been roughly 15 minutes. The workers at the desk were lazy (not even getting out of their chairs to get paperwork), unfriendly, and overall bad at their jobs.

Run down hotel, there are clearly better options surrounding it. Weak service (eg. no room service unless you've stayed 3 nights already), poor breakfast, room had a strange smell as well.

We were very disappointed with our girls weekend at this hotel…the room was grungy, the sofa bed mattress was all stained and when we asked for a new one, the girl at the reception said “they’re all like that”. Gross. The pool was VERY murky, no way I would go in there.
