Not good at all especially when someone unlocked my door and tried to come in it was 5:02 in the afternoon I called the front desk and talked to Logan they did nothing and could not tell my why someone would have a key to my room.

All the facilities and the folks we dealt with in person were, very nice (Especially Paige and Tanitia (sp?)...). But on the 4th night of our 6-night stay, there was so much banging, door-slamming and stomping in the rooms above us that I was unable to get to sleep until 3:30 AM, and was so tired I had to cancel a drive we were going to take with my wife's sister the next day. Because my wife had gotten 2 hip replacements in the prior months, we'd needed a handicap room, which was great for space & convenience. But when I found out that none of the rooms above us would be changing residents the following night, I asked if we could be moved. And, after about 90 minutes of packing up and transporting our stuff from our very-nice room, we settled into an OK-but-much-smaller room on another floor. I was hoping we might get some kind of allowance for having essentially lost a day through no fault of our own, but when I asked (and then followed up...) about that, I was told the Manager had decided to give us a $10 credit for our last 2 nights ($20 total...), because I'd booked a rate that was close to their best rate. But that just seemed not quite right, and while I don't like to "Make a fuss", I sent an e-mail to the Manager and wondered if she could do a little better than that (I was thinking that snce we lost at least a day, we could get a credit of one night...). Anyhow, I never got a response, and the $20 credit was "It". End of story!
