The office closes early, opens up late, no coffee in room only the office and it's closed, bathroom door doesn't shut, the freeway noise is awful, bed was uncomfortable, bugs crawling on the floor. The lady that checked us in was nice. No we will never stay here again. Also Internet booking there was breakfast in the morning, there was No breakfast, none was available. Walls were awful.

She charged us a damage deposit, and still waiting for it to be returned. Very noisy and unkept. Wont stay there again. Dont recommend!

Negatives: curtains were thin, let in a lot of light. Showered this morning, walked around the laminate floor barefoot - had to re-wash my feet because the floor was so dirty. Sparse amenities. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful at check in. Other positives: the sheets and towels were clean and adequate.

Place was filthy. There were holes in the floor and in the walls. The floor turned our feet black. It felt more like a public bathroom than a motel room. The motel is so close to the freeway the whole building shakes. Staff was rude and was knocking on the door asking us to leave 20 minutes before checkout time.

There was nothing I liked about this motel. The pictures of the rooms on the expedia web site were nothing like the actual rooms. I was in a nonsmoking room which reeked of cigarette smoke. The first nonsmoking room was so bad I asked to be moved. the second room was better but still had the cigarette smell. there were ashtrays or some sort of cigarettes disposal outside every door. the curtains were so thin you could see thru them, I had to hang a blanket over the window so people could not see in. The ac/heater was filthy. i bought Clorox wipes to wipe down everything and they were filthy afterwards. The window in the bathroom was frosted for privacy reason, but the frost was scratched off in several places. The office was supposed to be open at 8am but when I was leaving at 8:50 it was still closed. The pictures show a breakfast bar in the office which it did not have. I did take some pictures Which I would love to send you, This place should not be on the Expedia site. I trust expedia to suggest safe and clean places...this was not one. I even bought my own sheets because I did not trust that theirs was clean.

Property is in total disrepair. Exceptionally noisy with no sound proofing at all. Highway noise. Property was filthy. Front desk clerk inhospitable and gruff. Room missing light bulbs, floor filthy. Ac very loud. Tv was messed up. Sink was detached from the wall. No where to hang anything. And they have the gall to collect a $100 deposit! As if the room didn’t already have $2k in wear.

Hotel is extremely run down and gave the appearance of lower levels of life living there. Room they tried to give us reeked of cigarette smoke. They swore nobody had, but no way. We could not stay there and are now fighting to get our money back. Super bad section of town, would have been very concerned about our vehicle. Pictures we saw must have been from 40 years ago. Stay at your own risk!
