Perfect property for a photographer like myself who just needs a clean place to sleep. I am out early and back late so I am usually out too early for a lot of continental breakfasts. Healy has plenty of places to pick up breakfast or get some groceries to eat in your room. Front desk was very friendly. Room had plenty of places to sit and lay gear out, and shower pressure was excellent. Very close to Denali without paying a premium for it. Will return on my next trip!

I had a decent stay at this hotel. Was visiting the park and needed a place to crash. Has basic facilities but no food onsite, WiFi is patchy but I didn’t mind that too much.

Beautiful view out our window. Friendly staff. Easy access to Denali and grocery and brewery in Healy. It is no frills but comfy! We’d stay again if ever in the area.

Nice basic motel within 15 min of Denali NP. Good for basic stay, but bathroom was tiny and slopped and WiFi is spotty. Also, there is a microwave and small fridge but no place/ way to really prepare food.

A typical ground floor motel room with direct access from the parking lot. The room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. It was very useful having an in room microwave and fridge and a table and chairs. Would have benefitted from some “soft seating”.

This hotel is fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. But for the price it was disappointing. The staff was friendly, but the rooms were outdated and the shower curtain could use a good cleaning. The pillows were covered in a plastic pillowcase that was hot and very noisy anytime we moved. We were told the wifi may be spotty, but it was nonexistent. We stayed at other places in the area for less money and had a much better experience.

The phone number for this hotel when dialled from expedia booking went to Grand Denali which is a different hotel. Then I looked up hotel number from google but the phone won’t go through. On the website they mention you need to check in by 8 pm. As I could not reach them by phone after repeated attempts, I drove non stop from Anchorage to reach by 8 pm only to learn that info is incorrect. Please make sure your phone lines are up and the information on your website is accurate. Otherwise hotel facilities were good.

Our bathroom was not cleaned. When we arrived. Went to the office to let them know that they said they would have somebody just cake and take care of that. Nobody showed up went back there again the second day when we got back from doing our things for the day, nobody came to clean our bathroom, when we checked out on our third day talk to the management and there were no reasons why. We would not recommend this place.

The room was large, but the bathroom was small. I liked having the sink not in the toilet/shower room. The furniture was not new, but the bed was comfortable and we slept well. There is a restaurant down the side road that the hotel entrance is on that we liked a lot. Overall a good stay and good value. I would go back.

In fairness, the clerk called a plumber but it cleared on its own. We asked to change rooms but there were no other rooms available. Towels were just ok…would not use them in my house. In short, it was advertised a "fully refundable." I tried to cancel one of the nights of our reservation which apparently I couldn't do - I could cancel the full reservation but not just part of it. I called Expedia. Expedia says they called the property and assured me they spoke with the property and there was a note on our reservation at the property that we'd need one less night and that would be taken care of at check-in. At check in they told me there was nothing they could do and I'd need to work with Expedia to get a refund (and that it was passed the refund date so I probably wouldn't have any luck). A good reminder to not book through Expedia and a frustrating result that left and overall negative feeling.
