This was being restored and was an absolute Crown jewel.But now its glory is faded and going down. The main atrium used to be spotless , but now Has dog piles Garbage cigarette butts and broken tile. The strangely comfortable comforters are gone from the rooms And were replaced by a single Military style blanket with no sheets. There were no bath towels and the tv was not connected. No fridge. And for no smoking, well the smoke detectors are covered with bags and the reek of weed is insane. Open drug dealing. And apparently they are housing folks for some NGO. My previous 5 star ratings of this place are obviously no more....

Parking lot was full of trash and the area was sketchy. The staff was nice and the room was OK, but the beds weren’t very comfortable. The breakfast only had cereal and milk, toast and coffee.

I will not recommend or return to this property. Tried to get clean towels for two days and was totally phone by the staff. Poor condition hotel -either fix it up or tear it down. Staff needs serious customer service training.

Customer service was excellent!! The room on the other hand was iffy. Had no towels, room didn’t have curtains to fully block window completely so we had to improvise. I’m sure if we asked for another room they would give it but didn’t bother, a little show never hurt anyone. Definitely a sketchy motel but didn’t bother me.

The only concerns were not enough light in the parking lot. It was scary to arrive at night. But other than that, friendly and helpful staff, Rooms were nice & convenient. I liked that it is all indoors and felt safe. Only one bed spread seemed stained with bleach.

Room was filthy, stained sheets, unsafe location, pretty sure there was illegal transactions occurring of both substances and people. Lights in the elevator didn’t work. Left after the 1st night and found a room somewhere else.

Under renovation, couldn’t enter front lobby, locked out alternate entry as the broom holding door open slipped out of place. No ice machine or TV remote. Though I was able to get the remote from front desk

The ceiling tile at the lavatory sink had a piece of toilet paper covering a hole on the foam ceiling tile.
The plug next to the lamp next to the bed did not have a plug cover on it to keep the electrical wires from showing to expose the danger of a child or someone to get electicuted.
