Getting a bit old. A few items in need of upgrading. Including coffeemachine and the kitchen sink. Some of the blinds in the rooms also was broken. No biggies, but would be an awesome appartment with a few minor improvements.

The flat was very dirty. The person (Bartusz) who checked us in didn´t really understand English and when my girlfriend spoke to him in Polish he was very rude to her. He did not follow through on having our issues resolved, so we had to call back to get answers. The bed was broken. The showerhead holder didn´t work. The flat needs to be painted. The curtains are stained. There are no hooks on the walls in the flat or in the bathroom to hang jackets or towels. The flat looks nothing like the one used in the photo. We were moved on our last day; however, the flat also had many issues including kitchen cupboards being taped shut, other cupboards being locked with a lock and chain, holes in towels, and only one blanket for sleeping (maybe the others were in one of the locked cupboards?).

Great location within walking distance of Old Town and Jewish quarter and mall. We received the wrong wifi info and password, and the place could use a paint but overall it was more than adequate. A bit tricky to get into, but good instructions, although they didn't arrive until 1 p.m the day of our arrival.

Very bad apartment. It was not clean at all. Also they asked me to pay a deposit. Heater did not work. We used oven to warm up. Sofa bed did not work. Bad smell also. They only positive thing is that it is near arkadia mall which is amazing

Very convenient place for families traveling with kisd and car

the accommodation itself would have been a 5, the circumstances for me made it less so. it was a very warm time of year and there is no air-conditioning in the apartment, also no fans, there was a balcony but covered with widows without instructions to open the complex mechanism. so it was very hot which took away the pleasure of staying here. in regards to the check in and check out process. the customer experience could definitely be improved, it was a real inconvenience having to take a taxi to one location to collect the keys. then sign your life away without explanation with a substantial deposit. then to take another taxi to the apartment without anyone to point out the issues of the place - some broken furniture, how to operate the outside widows and the fact that the Internet WiFi did not work. This was disappointing, I called the 5 telephone numbers given to me and was sat stressed for 1 hour waiting for an answer, considering that I would need to check out and find an alternative.. when I did get an answer I was relived to find I had to switch the modem off and on again.. solved the WiFi problem but not my other concerns. I don't want to sound negative.. the apartment really was great and a good option if a. it's not summer (no alternative offers) b. if you don't mind the risk of them charging you for damage you have not made (nobody turned up to check on my departure despite my request) c. the fuss to check in elsewhere

Be aware that the check in place is at a different place from the location of the building. You have to take a taxi for about ten minutes to get there. There is only a security guy who can not speak English at the apartment. Other than this, the place is right next to a big shopping mall and the room is spacious.

The apartment was fantastic! Great location. 2 minute walk to Dw Gdanski for subway and trams and buses. 5 minute walk to a huge shopping centre with all sorts of shops, a food court and supermarket, which was great for self catering at the aparment. Interesting half hour walk to the old town that passes many sights and monuments. The 116 bus from Dw Gdanski goes to the old town, Lazienki Park, Wilanow (and the apartment where you pick up the key) so it is a very convenient location for seeing all the sights. And very easy to get to the main railway station if you want to do some day trips. And the apartment itself is very comfortable, bed, sofa bed, cable TV, washing machine, oven, stove, fridge, bath and shower. Everything you need. I felt really and home staying there and would definitely stay again. Picking the key up could probably be a little easier but once that was done it was perfect from then on. I couldn't be happier.
