New-ish, nicely designed property with courteous staff. In the room, the floor of the kitchen area had lots of crumbs at the base of the dishwasher and cabinets, and the desk and various other surfaces appeared to not have been wiped cleaned of dust and crumbs for some time. Similarly, in the bath, the inside of the shower door needed a good scrubbing. Silverware was a few random, mismatched pieces but I imagine more would be provided upon on request. Upon reporting all this to the front desk staff, I was respectfully told my concerns would be passed on to housekeeping. Breakfast offerings had potential but a lack of staffing at the height meant empty bread trays, waffle and yogurt dispensers, oatmeal pot, etc., and guests needed to rummage through below-counter cabinets for silverware and juice glasses as displays were empty. A clean table or counter to sit at was difficult to locate, as it appears cleaning up isn’t possible until end of service hours.

There display for the thermostat was broken so I couldn't adjust the temperature, I told the person in the front desk and he gave me another room. When I went to bed, there were long hairs on the sheets on the bottom and middle of the bed, not even on the pillow looks like some else had slept there before me and the sheets were changed. The next day when I took a shower there was hair in the shower. It doesn't look like it was cleaned either. Not sure if the bedroom was never cleaned after the previous guest. Also the carpet in the room was dirty and there was a huge trash bag by the elevator for seceral hours.

I was disappointed that I could not check in 20 minutes early after the 7 hour drive. Once I got in the room they were cleaning the hall rug for 1 1/2 hours. You couldn’t hear the tv through the noise. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped but unfortunately I was next to the ice machine and it sounded like a garbage disposal all night. The front desk staff was incredible, friendly and helpful. In order to get free Wi-Fi, you have to sign up with the hotel chain. I would suggest you do that before you go because then they’ll put you on the 3rd or 4th floor.

Hotels.com/ the hotel charged me twice. I paid for my booking a month in advance and as I was checking out I had to pay because my payment was “declined” even though I had paid it a month ago.

We had issues in our room which were not resolved even though we brought them to the attention of front desk staff. Mainly, The thermostat/temperature in our bedroom did not work during our stay resulting in either too hot or too cold. As we were leaving, we started the dishwater and water leaked immediately on the kitchen floor, enough that we used bathroom towels to mop it up. We had considered staying here again next week when we fly home, as we enjoyed the extra space in the room and the breakfast was very good, but now plan to book elsewhere.

Outside area was my only complaint. Someone tried to steal my bike. lucky I had a great lock. Inside it was a whole new world everything was wonderful :)

did not like the Daily Parking Fee ~ the parking was not secure The housekeeping schedule was every other day of the stay, but was not communicated at check in.

By far, not The lodging fault, but on arrival, we had to sit in the foyer for almost 2 hours because their computer system was down and they could not assign us a room. Once we were able to get a room, the key card machine was not working so we didn’t have a key to our room for 24 hours Staff was wonderful. Victor went out of his way that night that we had to sit in the lobby to make us happy. (We had a long flight and was exhausted on arrival). Really no complaints. Everything that happened was not their fault. I would stay here again
