We asked for a king bed, and when we didn’t get one, we asked why and they said it was not guaranteed. There were some garbage on the floor in the bathroom. The TV was unplugged and very hard to use. We were there for two nights and they only offered two caffeinated coffees and two sugars for two of us. Randomly, they had salt and pepper in little to go bags. Overall, it just looked like it was owned by someone that didn’t care about their property, and was just looking to deposit a check. We would never stay there again.

The space was great! It's nice to have a full apartment when traveling instead of a small hotel room. The room was clean, and the building was quiet. Great fitness center and a nice lobby too. 5 Star experience.

Great value! Very clean, beautifully appointed, wonderful building and neighborhood. Convenient location. Very easy check in and out. The rooftop is an extra special bonus. Don’t miss the view and fire pits!

Great place, in a great neighborhood. Only compliant I would have the underground parking is pricey. And you can only buy 1, 3 or 6 days (we stayed 5). FYI Parking is manage by another company.

I was nervous because of some bad reviews. But communication through the app was great and we got everything we needed. Location was excellent. Only issue was they wanted to delay check in. I think because of a stench in the room. We needed to change and unload groceries.. so dealt with the smell, which was not the properties fault. Probably from the previous renters cooking.

We were in Minneapolis for my daughter’s surgery. The Sonder we stayed at was so clean, secure, onsite parking with amazing amenities. The best part was the text communications which we fast and able to provide answers to all my questions.

This place was beautiful, you definitely get your moneys worth. The only complaints I have is the ac was terrible. Also we were getting noise complaints during the day for conversing. Now I’m fully aware that this is peoples permanent residence but it was odd to get complaints during the day. We didn’t have music blaring or any of the typical reasons to get complaints. I will mention that I feel like the security was being nosey and saw people who weren’t residents and kind of targeted us. Overall it was a beautiful place and well worth the money spent.

Lovely apartment and great location, but a bunch of small cleaniness issues. Bed was deeply uncomfortable and linens were not great. Parking was a pain as you had to pay daily and there may or may not be any spots left. It was restful and very beautiful overall.

Every single question we had was resolved with a chat.
Amenities, kitchen/laundry were all amazing.
Two minor complaints
1. We arrived at 3:30. And while the apartment was already available we had to wait outside until 4pm before we could use the code to get in.

And it was not supplied in the supply room

- towels
- comfortable bed
- kitchen cooking equipment includes 2 small sauce pots, a medium skillet, a large pot, spatulas, corkscrew, pizza slicer, a cutting board, a grater, and a couple knives.
- appliances include toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and clothes washer and dryer
- products included 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, 3 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 tissue box
- the AC works great!
- quiet and feels private despite being right downtown

- we couldn't get the hair dryer to work, but I'm gonna say it was user error lol
We picked up anything we needed at Whole Foods (2 blocks away). If you're up for a slightly longer walk (about 12 blocks) check out Strive Bookstore!

My only complaint (and it isn't much of a complaint, but possibly a few more amenities in kitchen. Crock pot, cookie sheet, basic spices. Other than that would have given a 5 of 5.
