From the minute you walk in to check in to check out, you are treated with friendliness and politeness. The room is super clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, tea, cups, plates, etc., all well supplied. The beds and pillows are super comfortable!!!

My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Largo, Florida, was a nightmare that overshadowed a joyful wedding celebration. I booked two rooms—one for my husband and me from September 19 to 22, and another for the makeup artist from September 20 to 21. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by miscommunication and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Check-in on September 19 went smoothly, but on September 20 at 4:41 PM, I approached the front desk to check in the second room. Front desk male 1 was confused and indifferent despite my clear explanation, assuring me the artist could check in upon arrival. When the artist arrived late at 11 PM due to weather delays, she was met with hostility. Front desk male 1 denied her check-in, claiming no reservation existed. When I gave my room number, the situation escalated. The general manager intervened but refused to check in the artist unless I came downstairs. She then accused the artist of smelling like marijuana—a baseless and racially motivated claim. After much back-and-forth, I convinced her to allow the artist to return at 4:30 AM. When the artist returned, front desk male 2 apologized for the previous night’s ordeal. This experience left me shaken and forced to pay for a room the artist couldn't use. I hope management addresses this behavior to prevent future issues.

I am not easily impressed, but HOME2 has done it. My wife and I both were impressed with everything about it. From the staff friendliness to condition of room and property to the complimentary breakfast. Everything was great. The only thing I regret is I didn't get the names of the staff that we interacted with so I could give them a shout out. The location of this property was convenient. I have added pictures of the room, they were taken just before we left because I didn't have my phone with me when we first went to the room. They even had luggage carts in the lobby for you to use so you can take your luggage to your room without struggling to try to carry everything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOME2. This was our first stay here and when we come back to this area it will be where we stay for now on. The price for the room was really reasonable as well. We are looking forward to our next trip / stay.

We booked 2 nights at another resort but i did not feel safe so home2 saved our trip! Staff was amazing and accomidating.
