There was a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, but there’s realistically nothing wrong with it. The lady working the front desk was super nice, she called the room making sure I was OK after check-in. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping right across the road. The parking lot is very well lit, and you can see most of the parking lot from the rooms. Definitely not the fanciest hotel, but for the price it’s very comfortable and renovated.

The hotel double-charged me for my room, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still haven't received a refund for the extra amount. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of timely action and communication from the staff is unacceptable. I've provided all the necessary information to address the problem, yet I keep getting vague assurances with no follow-through. While the hotel itself was satisfactory, this ongoing issue has left a sour taste and overshadowed my stay. I can't recommend this place to anyone until they improve their customer service and ensure their billing practices are accurate and fair.

I was a little disappointed when I pulled in as it wasn’t a nice looking building but front staff was efficient and friendly and when I got to my room, it was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. I would stay again

I had a great stay! It was recently renovated so I'd say not to look at the reviews before July. The room was spotless and the clerks were really nice. Though, it wasn't super soundproof so I could hear the plumbing, but nothing that could stop from sleeping. I would stay again
