It was ok the hotel needs to be updated! I have stayed here on several occasions and it’s definitely not as nice as it was a couple of years ago! But I’ll stay again

The room was not the cleanest. Bathroom floor has trash in the corner under the sink. Hair all around baseboard and floor not mopped!!
Bed sunk in the middle. Flooring not vacuumed well.

The overall visit was not good, from the front desk lack of customer service to the drain under the sink coming loose, to the odor, to the parking. I will never be back here

We evacuated from our Florida home when hurricane Milton approached our area. The Warner Robins Comfort Inn provided comfort for us for 3 days.
Huge shout out to desk personnel:
Avery worked long hours and helped us multiple times with adding days to our reservation, etc. Always a competent professional dealing with so many people’s anxieties about the storm.
Katherine, a supervisor, I believe, also helped out with questions and backing up Avery when demand was high.
Didn’t get her name but the breakfast supervisor kept warm food coming as well as becoming a “ nurturing Grandmother” to so many scared and weary travelers.
Our door key wouldn’t work so the maintenance person had to remove the device to fix it. He was also cheerful and competent.
In sum, the Warner Robins personnel provided all the help and information we needed at a crucial time.
Comfort Inn is now our new favorite hotel!

The room was horrible. soiled carpet, and dirty. Ceiling had paint peeling with lot of water stains. The toilet had major water stains, and the tub/shower was dirty. We left a day early and would have left immediately if we had any other options fleeing the Hurricane.

I would like to thank Comfort Inn for opening hints doors to all the people that actuated from FL. The staff here were wonderful and treated us like family. From the front desk, housekeepers and breakfast. The woman that was working the breakfast kept food coming all morning. No one had to wait. She took time to ask everyone if there was something they needed. Kudos to all the staff!!

Reservation had to be canceled. Hotel says rooms were sold out from underneath after we made our reservation online through hotels.com.

We arrived early evening but couldn't check in because the person at the front desk wasn't trained for that position & didn't want to make a mistake (we had reserved & prepaid through the hotels.com app). We waited for the actual front desk staff to arrive, but after about a half hour we decided to go get dinner & come back. We returned about 9p & got checked in immediately. We suspect someone didn't show up for a shift & there was a gap in the coverage of the desk, but of course we don't know what happened or why. However, the rest of the staff were talking about it as we got settled in & even the next morning at breakfast.
(Management should train the staff in a bit of professionalism--the gossiping was quite audible to any guest in the area!)
As far as the hotel itself & the room, it was decently clean & modern. We had a king size bed that was quite comfortable! The bathroom was nice as well.
Breakfast was ok. My husband didn't care for the rubbery omlet but liked the biscuits & gravy. I had either grits or cream of wheat with maple syrup, which was tasty, & the coffee with real half & half was good.
I will say if you want fruit or yogurt or juice, go early to the breakfast. None of that was available when I went, & breakfast was supposed to be available for at least another hour.
All in all, though, a comfortable stay for a night.

The room was not ready 40 minutes after check in time. They explained they were short staffed, i understand that happens, but it's not my problem. I didn't have any wash cloths in my bathroom. I saw 2 bugs crawling on the wall, not roaches. I think they were stink bugs. The back door to outside never locked during the night. Making me nervous. Anyone off the street could walk in and gain access to the room. The room was very hot, the air-conditioning did not work well. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. The TV options were very limited and there wasn't anything i was interested in watching. Will not stay here again.

This is a 2-star property so please understand my rating is comparing it to a 3-star. Beds and bathroom were clean but carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. Office check-in staff were nice though and moved us into different rooms twice until we found one that was workable.

We booked 2 rooms. For 6 nights One room air did not work. And was still about 80degrees with the air on. The other room had bugs. They switched both rooms which I was fine with. The next day the room we got switched to had roaches all under the refrigerator. The regional manager was very nonchalant about ever issue we had. The manager and staff was very apologetic even though the regional manager was basically acting as if we were asking for too much to have our rooms switched or our money back.
They had to switch the room for a second time. The last time the room was fine. But we were not able to enjoy our trip fully due to feeling like we had bugs in every room and just being overall uncomfortable.

I had a miserable stay at this hotel. I have been bitten by bugs all over my legs while staying at this location. The rating was very much misleading. There was no sense of security. The back door is accessible to anyone therefore I did not feel safe staying at this place. But my biggest issue was the fact there were bugs/fleas in the room I was assigned to. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

Started off with the girl checked us in was rude. She never explained anything about the pool ,breakfast hours or checkout hours. Then we had issues with the TV and coffee maker. She did move us to another room. That room had holes in the walls. Then the 2nd night we were there, there were roaches in our bathroom. Dayshift lady offered to move us. We already moved once. So supposedly she was going to have maintenance spray the room. Not if they did. Outside doors, at each end of the building, were not locked at night time. So just anyone could come into the building. No security. Breakfast time, i seen ppl come inside the building with bags, sit them down, grab food , eat and then grab their stuff and leave the building.
Yeah....we won't be back to this hotel. It's not a 8.2 review. Very disappointed.
