Trickling water pressure. Rooms need updates. Stains on walls and bathrooms are old and worn. Mattresses are comfy though. No trash bags in cans and only 3 towels and Washcloths total for 2 people for 3 days. Had to go to desk for these things. There was hair on the closet floor.The best thing about this place is the woman who does breakfast in the am. She is very friendly and keeps t h e food stocked and the area very clean

The property is nicely located to the area for help around easy. As far as the hotel, it needs some maintenance done. It was a busy weekend and only one elevator was working, so we spent half our time waiting to go up or down. The carpets need a good cleaning. Two of the four ice machines worked. So we had to go up or down for ice. Normally not an issue, but when you have to wait for elevator coming and going, It was a hassle for sure! The breakfast was ok. Not great. The big batch of sausage gravy wasn't hot, barely warm. I was afraid to eat it. But there were other selections to choose from. The sausage links were good, but the bacon was undercooked and very greasy. The eggs are powered eggs. Not the best. The coffee was good and the waffles were great. We were over charged for our room by $200 but once i brought it back to the clerk, she corrected the error. I'm thankful.

We stay here when we come to Hammond and area. This year the room furniture was poor spots on chairs. Dirty.
Bath area needs to be updated.
The dead bolt did not work. Door seemed to be not square causing it not to lock.
Maybe it was just the room that sees a lot of traffic. We were diapointed this year.

The staff was friendly. However the rooms were not clean. There was dog hair in the bed. And dirty tables when I walked in. The pool was not open. Over all I’d say this was below what the Hampton by Hilton hotels I’ve been at.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. The room was super clean and very roomy. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The eggs were bland and cold. The pool was closed.
