The lobby is nice. Check in easy. Third stay at this HW Suites in Springfield MO
First stay spring 2024 was a king bed room and was clean and great.
Second stay booked a two queen room but linen was dirty on arrival so my family was put into a different queen room. Transfer room had all sorts of issues with housekeeping including my daughter taking out the ice bucket from overhead cupboard and water pouring all over here, it hadn't been fully vacuumed, shower dirty, toenails/debris on bathroom floor.
Gave hotel another chance bc I like Homewood Suites usually as a chain. Third stay, another two queen room.Shower poor cleaned, bathroom had long hairs and a fingernail on the floor and wall with stuff running down it. Entire place dusty and has grimy prints/stuff on most surfaces - not getting wiped down, shower needs scrubbed inside and out. I wiped the kitchen table area off bc there were sticky spots and the wipe came up grey. The chair at eating table was full of crumbs in cracks, sticky spots and I cleaned it off too. Bathroom grout filthy. Yellow cube ottoman grimy. Entire room needs a good detailing. Carpet was nice and feels fairly new. Dark carpet, type of lighting make issues harder to see. Don't understand why hotels don't regularly steam clean upholster
The mattresses aren't great/feel cheap. Like fridge and having sitting space so I gave this location a 3rd try. Trying a different place in Springfield in a couple of weeks bc of HW cleanliness last two visits.

I had Friday and Saturday booked. We got here at 11 Friday night. The front desk told me that my room wasn’t clean yet. It would be at least 45 minutes. This was a very clean, comfortable hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean. Breakfast had many options and area was clean. Everything well maintained. 10/10 recommend!

The hotel was clean, well appointed and decorated. The staff was friendly. My poor rating is because the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It was like plywood with a sheet on it.

We've stayed here several times and keep coming back because it's dependably a well-run, well-kept hotel. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, the property is well-maintained and clean, the rooms are comfortable and relaxing. The price is very reasonable for what you are getting--the rooms have little kitchenettes in them, and you could stay here comfortably if you needed to be here for longer than a night or two. We highly recommend!

When I asked the front desk if they could clean it while we were out for a few minutes, they gave us a fresh set of sheets to do it ourselves. Definitely willing to give the place another try, but I think our first experience was subpar.

I have stayed here several times for work but this time was a last. I feel like I was being pranked with how bad this last visit was. I arrived late to the property 11pm and when I got to the room with my sleeping kids the room was dirty. Bathroom and kitchen were filthy. It was obvious that no one had cleaned but the sheets and towels were clean so I cleaned it myself. I spent the night cold because our king size bed had queen sheets. I had asked the front desk for new sheets and that never happened so night two was cold . They also decided to fill the pool with chemicals right at the pool open time. So my morning. Swim with the kids was ruined and the staff “yeah so”……. I will take my business elsewhere

I liked the newness of the property. All common areas were clean. Our room was missing a towel and a washcloth. There were 3 mugs in cabinets instead of 4 which suggests a lack of attention to cleaning and restocking rooms. It just felt unsettling and made me wonder if the room was cleaned at all or was given a once over and looked good enough to appear clean. There were only 2 creamers provided for coffee instead of 4. No disposable cups available in the rooms. Kitchen floor felt greasy on my feet. The lights in the hotel room were excessively bright; the only soft light was the microwave light(yeah I searched that extensively!) All of the staff are completely professional, courteous and hardworking which I very much appreciate.
