Was a great experience choosing this hotel for one night! I would definitely consider it again.

The room was great- very spacious! The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything was clean. Only issue was I called the day before to see if I could check in early: they said it shouldn’t be a problem, call at 10 am in the morning to be sure. 10 am I called. The gentleman at front desk said that he was sending cleaning staff in then, and he would call me soon as it’s ready. I waited and waited, no call. At 1:30 pm, still no call so I went to the front desk to see if we could check in. The man at the front desk said he was sorry I didn’t get a call, but he cleaning staff was heading into our room right then, and it’ll be ready in 30 minutes. I was frustrated, but went to lunch. I came back at 3:30, and the room still wasn’t ready. I spoke with a 3rd man, and he apologized but said it hadn’t been “checked yet” and I would have to wait. By this time, we were late meeting our friends and way behind schedule. I waited another 1/2 hour and was extremely agitated . A woman came out from the back and apologized and said there was a mix up but the room was in fact ready. My husband and I went to the room and there was a worker in there. He said he was “fixing the toilet paper roll” and would be done in a minute. By the time I met up with my friends, we were 2 hours late. So I’m torn, hotel room itself (I reserved the largest, most expensive room abvailable) was great.. service was severely lacking from the start.

Well kept room, nice furnishings and clean. Kitchenette is a nice touch. Staff was friendly and it was great the hotel is pet friendly.

Room was good but the location isn’t updated on GPS or maps or google maps. I kept roaming there for 1 hr and everytime the GOs lead me to Exxon fast station. I called the hotel and they guide me how to reach. It’s a terrible experience

Highly recommend place. Great service, friendly stuff, plleasant representatives. Very good atmosphere, great amenities and room equipment. Important to know, that it's a pet friendly place, which I didn't pay attention to and my allergic family members did have reactions. So if someone has animal allergies please take necessary steps to prepare yourself. Overall clean, but in multiple bathrooms there are base tiles seperated from the wall (tiny base tile between door and shower). Easy fix, just has to be done. Great outdoor fire pit area, decent indoor pool I think with salt water, gym. All good stuff. Breakfast has delicious options but in today's times there should be more options for special diets. Eco friendly on many levels. Location great for meeting with people from all ovethebplace.

This is a functional hotel with no charm, located at a busy intersection. OK if you are just transiting through for the night, but otherwise is singularly charmless.

Very spacious room with good amenities. Other than the noise from surrounding highway interchanges everything is good. Will definitely stay here again.

Spotless, inviting, spacious rooms with convenient food and snacks for an overnight stay. The only draw back was the noise from Route 18 made sleeping difficult.

Everything is good except the noises. The hotel is located in a strange area among two highway interchanges. Traffic noises are unbearable.
