Only had a 1 night stay, but the room was clean and grounds looked good. Staff were particularly helpful with keeping our bags while we went out for the day.
Area is great, it's quiet despite being a very short walk from the heart of Ubud.
Breakfast tmat the restaurants next door was particularly good.

Lovely and clean hotel. Well maintained grounds with beautiful pool. Although it’s just off a busy road, can’t tell from the rooms. Got the massage with coconut scrub from Daisy, which was wonderful. The adjacent restaurants were also superb. Hope to come back and stay longer next time.

We had a very comfortable stay while visiting Ubud. You are right in the heart of Ubud but just away from the main hustle and bustle so it is very peaceful and quiet. I contacted them before our arrival and they arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. It really saved all the hassle after a long journey and removed the worry. They sent a lovely driver, Made. The room was very comfortable with a huge bed. The breakfast was also fab. I would definitely book again if I am ever back in Ubud. A little oasis of calm.

Location was perfect and cute authentic hotel, very quiet in the middle of the busy Ubud streets. Breakfast really nice!
However cleanliness would be much better - all bedding was dirty (even after change 4 times to find one that wasn’t stained).

Overall I enjoyed my stay but mainly because of the convenience of the location.

This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay but please be aware the photos/amenities don’t always match up with the room level you choose. The main photo for the “Grand Deluxe” room seems to only to match one specific room on that level; feels a bit deceptive in its use. I heard another guest complain about this while I was there too. They should change the names of the room levels as there was nothing I would consider “grand” or “deluxe” about the our room. It was quite small, though it was nice.

Overall, very happy with meruhdani. Service was excellent. The affiliated restaurant breakfasts were outstanding (whether you prefer asian or european cuisine. The location is very good (but, not great) for walking around Ubud. The upkeep of the grounds and rooms was exemplary.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were really good. It was located in a great location where you could walk to many restaurants, shops and spas. Would stay again if we were every in Ubud.

Excellent location. Quiet road but so near to central Ubud. Excellent service by staff. Room rather basic though for this price point and breakfast is really not up to par for the price. Could do much better.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast at restaurant on site. Massage on site. Great location. Walking distance from all shops, restaurant and other attractions. Beautiful hotel with gives you cultural experience. Love it!

Meruhdani is a really lovely boutique hotel, located at the main road end of Jl Bisma. The location gives it easy access to a huge array of restaurants, walks and activities.
We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is not overly large, but functional.
We were a little concerned about the comments from other guests regarding late cancelations, so we booked an arrival transport from the airport to guarantee that we got our room. Not sure if this helped, but we had no issues with our booking.
The included breakfasts are very good, high quality restaurant food.

We loved this hotel last year and were not disappointed when we arrived this year. The staff is so helpful and friendly. This year we stayed in both the old and the new section. Both rooms were great. Location is within walking distace to the Palace, the Market and the Sacred Monkey Forest.

The staff were exceptionally kind, the rooms well appointed and the food in the attached restaurant was so nice!
It felt quiet and relaxing once you get on the grounds, but was only a short walk to one of the main streets of Ubud.
If I had to pick on anything, it was that we sent our laundry to be cleaned and not all of it came back.

This 8 room guesthouse that is expanding, is basically a small hotel with a beautiful family that owns the guesthouse and the staff make you feel literally at home.
Rooms are spotless, there is a safe, cable tv, excellent air con and a restaurant. Even a little salon where I had my hair done. I would go back in a heartbeat! I love Meruhdani Guesthouse.

Close to the Tourist area but very quiet. Close to the King's Palace and the traditional market. Good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Breakfast is a set menu option and could be expanded to meet Westerners likes.
