Our villa faced the pool and was within walking distance to the beach as well. Our villa was spotless and spacious. Each villa had their own private outdoor shower. My only issue was the mattress wasn't firm but other than that our villa was fine. The staff were all helpful and friendly. You can hire snorkeling gear, paddle board, read a book or swim in the pool. We hired a car but I think there's a shuttle from the airport that can be arranged with the resort. There are tours available. Hoping to return with our children next time.

Quality resort in a great beach setting. Good separation of the accommodation units. Nice pool and central restaurant area. Free breakfast buffet was great. Good menu options for other meals. All charges went back to room, dont have to worry about paying each time. Rooms serviced daily. Free wifi available when asked for, but could only access in restaurant/pool areas. Well designed and lovely tropical feel to resort. Some of the water equipment from the beach hut was poorly maintained. No TV service avail in roons although room had TV.

Really nice relaxing resort. Maybe need to upgrade drinks at pool bar and provide some snacks during happy hour. Also the band at dinner shouldn't include children as it's not nice listening to children sing inappropriate lyrics beyond their years. Maybe just stick to nice Samoan songs.

The resort is lovely overall, beautiful gardens maintained by the hardworking, smiling staff, very nice pool area,
Possibly the only slight negatives were the hit and miss food at the restaurant, and not having free wifi everywhere in the hotel and grounds,( pretty much a universal standard in most hotels these days) and having to get vouchers for it everyday,
A lovely place with lovely staff

The resort is a perfect option for staying in Samoa. However make sure you get a rental car, and spring for one of the nicer rooms as the Hotel rooms were missing basic things like a small table and chairs and ours was missing the backboard for the main bed.
The free breakfast for all guests is a nice touch, however the scrambled eggs were watery and bland and looked like they had been done in the microwave, and the fruit at times looked unappealing. However there was plenty more like Chia seed puddings which were delish, toast, cereal etc to pick from. And there was Gluten Free toast options. But all other food we ordered was very good!
The facilities at the resort were pretty good, you can hire snorkelling/water sport gear, hire cars for the day, go on tours provided by the resort or make use of the gym, spa or the pool with the swim up bar! The restaurants were nice, the drinks were strong and everything was well priced. Even though the resort was pretty full, we never once felt crowded. The beach it is located on is also very nice.
The owners are great and such lovely people. However, some of the other staff could do with working on their hospitality skills and friendly behaviour while at work. This was minor issue as most staff were lovely.
Overall, we had a pleasant time at the resort, yes there were some issues but these were minor in terms of our experience. There were more positives than negatives. Would stay again!

We stayed in one of the lovely exclusive villa's in the adult only section, which was huge & had a great outdoor shower, the area was so nice & peaceful. The gardens are truely beautiful and very well maintained. The pool & swim up bar was great. Stunning sunset from "The Landing" (with happy hour option).
The owner and staff were all very friendly and attentive. Snorkling around the rocks by the slides is best.
The dinner and show evening (Wednesday nights) was fantastic, the food amazing!!
Breakfast didn't include bacon, cold meats & cheeses, but had a great range and the best chia seed pudding with fresh fruits.
It was very convenient to do the car hire directly from the resort and explored the island, with its beautiful beaches, waterfalls, caves etc.
We had a fantastic stay at this resort and would definitely stay there again next time.

Compared to previous accommodation we had in Samoa the staff were a little more business like except for one stand0ut Karamela. She was a superstar with a happy smile and special treatment and warmth towards guests. She always went above and beyond and engaged most delightfully with us. We recommend her individual praise and a bonus by the management.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the property was well maintained. The Fia Fia night was great. There were a LOT more children there than we expected (not their fault) but absolutely nobody used the children's pool - even small kids were is the main pool, making for a noisy experience. Food was fine but a little on the pricey side for what it was bearing in mind there is no other option without hiring a car, which was expensive.

Gavin, Lou and the team at Saleiga Sands do an exceptional job of ensuring all guests are well taken care of. We loved that it was absolute seafront with fales a metre from the sea. The pool with swim up bar was fabulous and the staff were just gorgeous. Motorscooters were plentiful at the resort and hiring a car for the day was easy.
We had an air conditioned hotel room, which was spacious and had a day bed. There were two restaurants, one had a theme each night, and there was a wonderful bar over the sea that had a 3 hr happy hour each day. Prices were very cheap. There was always a cocktail of the day too.
A van was provided, to take anyone who wished to go to the local Catholic church, where the choir sang like angels. We're not church goers but a church service is a must-do when you're in Samoa, even if you don't understand a word. The pool is cool, clean, and deep at one end, surrounded with sunloungers, and there are 2 six-seater tables nearby.
We can't speak highly enough of this place, it's outstanding.

Large resort, ideal for families. If we visited again as a couple we would go elsewhere but wouldn't hesitate to come back with our grand kids.
Owner Gavin was very friendly and hands on and should be very proud of what his hard work has achieved.

A well organised family resort in a beautiful setting. The pool is spectacular and it was wonderful to snorkel in the sea around the resort. The only slight disappointment was that our ‘Lagoon View’ bungalow was directly beside a huge paddling pool and children’s play area so we could barely see the view! We also noticed a rat scurrying away from one of the restaurant areas one evening. Otherwise, it was a really enjoyable stay and we appreciated the number of vegetarian options in the main dining room.
