Ideal for 4 adults and 1 child, it will seduce you with its quality services, it has on the ground floor, a perfectly equipped American kitchen (Nespresso, oven, hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster) ), a living room fireplace, and a dining room, a bedroom with 160/200 cm bed and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a large sleeping area with a 160/200cm bed, a single bed as well as a shower room with toilet and washer-dryer, storage space.
Its location is ideal, it is located in a quiet street in the Saint Léonard district, while being a stone's throw from shops and restaurants.
