The size of this mews is 1800 square feet and comprises wonderful space for relaxation and entertaining.
Upon arrival, you are greeted by electric gates ensuring privacy and security, along with convenient parking for one car. The ground floor boasts three generously sized double bedrooms, each meticulously designed for relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite shower room for added convenience. Step through the door onto the front patio, basking in the warmth of the evening sun. The other two bedrooms share a second shower room, ensuring comfort and functionality for all guests. These two bedrooms offer queen beds, all providing access to charming external patios.
Entertainment is taken care of with an LG TV with SKY in the master bedroom and smart TVs in the other bedrooms, ensuring your downtime is filled with your favourite shows and movies. Ascending to the upper level, you'll discover three distinct areas for relaxation. The double-height kitchen, dining, and living space creates an inviting atmosphere, complemented by a Samsung FRAME TV and a cosy gas stove, perfect for intimate gatherings or quiet evenings in. A door leads from the living room to an external spiral staircase, guiding you to the ground floor patio adorned with a table and chairs—a delightful spot for enjoying meals al fresco.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a multifunctional second living room/study space awaits, offering a blend of practicality and seclusion. Its sliding door effortlessly divides the area, creating an optimal workspace that prioritizes productivity without compromising and coziness.
