Formerly a printing shop, this unique retreat now boasts a kitchenette equipped with all you need, including a sink, microwave, hot plate, and refrigerator. The bar seating is ideal for casual dining or planning the night's adventures over drinks.
With three bedrooms accommodating up to 8 guests, including two queen beds in two rooms and two queen beds in the third, there's ample space for everyone to rest and recharge after exploring. The recently updated bathroom offers modern comfort with new shower tile.
Bonus Feature: Golf enthusiasts will love our in-home golf simulator, where you can practice your swing and enjoy a virtual game any time you want!
Nestled in Lakewood's lively scene, you're just a stone's throw (4 minutes walking) from popular bars and restaurants including Harry Buffalo and Around the Corner Saloon, making it the perfect home base for pre and post-exploration hangouts.
Please note the quirky features like the original garage-style door in the back bedroom (currently non-functional) and the small, step-up shower in the bathroom before booking your unique stay!

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🐾 Strictly no pets allowed
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings are permitted
🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice
