Conveniently located in a quiet town home complex in the middle of West Yellowstone, this 2 bedroom 3 story unit is sure to impress! Newly remodeled and updated, this unit has all the conveniences of home. On the main level is the open kitchen and living room space with island bar, large flatscreen smart TV and a ½ bath perfect for coming together for an evening hangout. Upstairs is the master bedroom loft with an ensuite bathroom step in shower, walk in closet, and flat screen smart TV. In the basement is the laundry room and the additional guest bedroom also with 2 queen beds, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with shower tub combo. Located just 2 minutes from the West Entrance to Yellowstone! This home is perfect for enjoying the nation's first national park, and everything the greater Yellowstone area has to offer.

Owl's Nest Townhome does not have Air Conditioning, most homes in Montana do not have AC. We encourage our guests of the Owl's Nest to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening temperatures and close those windows during the day (including curtains/blinds) to keep cooler air inside the home. For your safety, please only open windows when you are present in the home. Additionally, homes will have fans located in the bedroom closets.

The West Gate of Yellowstone National park regular vehicle season typically runs from the third Friday in April until the 1st of November. The Park is then closed in preparation for the over snow season. The over snow season typically runs from the 3rd Friday in December until the 3rd Friday in March. The park is then closed again until the opening day of the regular season. Great job on remodeling this unit. Downstairs bedroom was PERFECT for two teenage brothers, very spacious - they loved it! Comfortable, spacious upstairs bedroom for my husband and I with a very nice king sized bed. I'm not certain how long this owner has had this, but I'm curious to see the outside updates in the near future. If they do like they did inside, it will be very nice. When you first pull up it looks a bit rough, but once you walk inside your unit, all is great and you realize they are in the process of fixing up outside as well. We had an issue with the dryer and the cleaning staff had maintenance come out that day while we were in Yellowstone and the followup was great - they even tracked me down to the laundromat to update me and gave me quarters to cover my drying - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We would stay here again.

great spot - as described king and 2 queens - good space for family of 5 easy spot to get into Park and back from West side of Park easy walk to downtown West Yellowstone would stay again
