Enormous picture windows from the turn of the century— you can't replicate this wavy glass. STUNNING custom Victorian details including wraparound porch, decorative brackets, gable decor & architectural window eyebrows, all spotlighted with architectural landscape lighting. Modern layout opens the space to wonderful light & flow while maintaining the historic feel. Showstopper kitchen with elevated backsplash feature wall & custom hood above a 36'' gas range, gorgeous bridge faucets, bonus prep sink, appliance garage & custom shelving. THREE, count them, THREE bedroom en-suites including a primary on the main level. Luxe baths in all suites, ADORABLE powder room, picture frame trim throughout the house; the list is endless!! The Neighborhood:
From your steps, it is 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) to much of the best that Downtown Durham has to offer, including LouElla Wine Bar, Cocoa Cinnamon Coffee, Fullsteam Brewery, Motorco music venue and Bar. You'll travel along tree lined streets past historic homes on your way. It's an easy trip to the Saturday morning farmers market, Durham Art walks, the Carolina Theater, and many, many exceptional restaurants and unique bars. Getting Around:
There are many bus lines that should take you very near our house; We're centrally located; by car, we're approximately 3 minutes from I-85 or NC-147, or an easy walk / Lyft / Uber ride downtown.
Other Things to Note:
We have a Smart TV with access to Netflix, your Amazon or Hulu account, and many other apps. We Cut the Cord on Cable, but offer YouTubeTV which functions similar to Cable and offers tons of Live or On Demand Options!

We want you to be able to settle into this home as if it was your own. We'll stay out of your way, but we're just a quick message away if you have questions about restaurants, events or the house, or if an unexpected issue arises.
