We filed a complaint right away and had to leave the establishment right away as it was unclean, there was no second bed and we had children with us who were tired, there was tobacco sprinkles on the bed, the pillows were very dirty with mold and no pillow case for them,la g

We didn't even stay at the property. We contacted VRBO upon arrival because the property was dirty. Stain on ceiling, sheets stained, sideboard supporting bed was not attached (probably cause of very squeaky bed), cleaning supplies left out, misc garbage on floor, graffiti on TV stand (aka nonfunctioning speaker.) In addition, there were adult men sleeping/laying on the sidewalk outside (4pm) and there is NO SECURITY to prevent nonowners from entering the building. We ended up booking a 4 star hotel nearby that was very nice and cheaper. We are still waiting to hear from VRBO on our complaints. The pictures don't do this place justice. Run!

Stayed here for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was, came with rooftop access which was extremely nice and communication with the host was very smooth. Would 100% recommend!

Owner was sooo kind and extremely responsive! He was super quick to answer and help us when we thought we had an issue. 10/10
