SHORT TERM RENTAL
(27 nights or less) 10% Weekly Discount.
MIDTERM RENTAL
(28 nights- 3 months) 25% Monthly Discount.
Notes:
1. Mid-term rentals equal to 31 nights or longer do not incur state taxes of 6%. All Mid-term rentals will be subject to an additional lease agreement as well as a complimentary basic cleaning/inspection every 2 weeks. Final check-out cleaning fee still applies.
2. Stays longer than 4 weeks cannot be instant booked and require host approval.

Only 0.4 miles from downtown Auburn Hills & Riverside Park.
Walkable to the Clinton River Trail 0.3 mi (Paved Rail to Trail - East leads to Rochester and West leads to Pontiac)
1 mile to M-59 Freeway with access to I-75 in another mile via 59.

High Speed Internet for remote work. Smart Roku TV with streaming options, however you will need to use your own subscriptions for certain applications enabled through guest mode on the Roku TV.

Large Desk with dual window view in Bedroom 3 with Trundle Twin Beds.
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and tableware for your stay. There is a common pantry and a spice cupboard. You are welcome to use any staples in the cabinets or condiments in the refrigerator if they are available, but we cannot guarantee anything will be there for certain. It all depends on what people use and what people leave. Starter supply of coffee is provided.
LAUNDRY AREA:
Washer/Dryer in Basement.
Linens/Towels Provided.
GARAGE/BASEMENT CORNER SECTION:
Owner's private storage areas and not included in the rental.
HEATING/COOLING:
Central Heat and Air Conditioning. Guest can adjust with NEST thermostat to meet needs.
BACKYARD AMENITIES:
Firetable, Firepit, Hammock, BBQ, Corn Hole etc...
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. While we would love to host your furry friends, we are NOT pet-friendly. Any evidence of pets will result in extra fees & potential rental termination.
2. Our cozy bungalow was built in the 1920's and has steep and narrow stairs to enter the Master King Bedroom Loft. Please be advised ahead of time.
3. Two exterior security cameras monitor the front door and driveway.
4. Host Fee= Cleaning Fee (100% of your cleaning fee is passed through to our cleaning company)
5. You will be communicating directly with the attentive & caring property owner and not a management company.
