In our guide there are 4 laundromats in the surroundings, various restaurants, cafes, creperie, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, hospitals, foreign bus terminal, gas station, and of course more options around the beach and marina, we are a message away to indicate places of your preference.

The space
Diego offers everything in the studio, in addition to the opportunity to rent independently of Frida, as it has a full kitchen and breakfast bar.
a "day bed" (single size) and space for inflatable mattress, (request when booking)
Bathroom shared with another of our studios: "EclectiK Spacious Studio" requesting inflatable mattress.
Guest access
WiFi modem is in common area to copy key.
We ask that you listen to your music at the same level that other guests listen to their own music.
Other things to note
Marked in our guidebook, there are four laundromats 80 to 300 meters away.
Also in the surroundings there are several restaurants , cafes, supermarkets, local and foreign bus stops, etc. (marked in the guide)
Base and jug with purified water (store a block away to refill. take container to buy another)
Our alarm system is the neighbor's pet, barking when someone enters our apartments.
We appreciate you keeping the common areas clean 24/7.
Please use the bath towels and face towels for your own.
We provide : mop for the floor and cleaners
Collector collects garbage bags from the sidewalk on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Our sinks do not have a garbage disposal (only request an organic box).
We only have one key to each apartment for your security.
Ask us for the locksmith number, we hope it's not necessary
